I was outside repairing some old TV sets on my outside workbench in the back yard. The lawn is starting to grow.I should be getting my lawn mowers ready to go instead of fixing old tele's.

I agree with the cool breeze.Years ago .I used to fix TV,Stereos,VCR's and other electronic gear as a trade .Now I just do it for a hobby. No money now in it.Thanks to the cheap prices on electonic's stuff.

Shady??? Don't leave us hanging!
Hahaha, nothing like underworld crime or anything like that! It's just a cute little french restaurant and some of it's previous employees say it can be a bit of a shady place to work. But I got the job and sorted out pay and my hours and everything so hope fully everything will be fine!
Fingers crossed!!

My psychotic boss informed me by text that I will be getting a raise (unprompted) at the beginning of the month. He also said he was glad to have me and I was "an emerging attorney with a lot of talent" and had showed "real improvement in court."
This in no way means he didn't make me cry again today.

How did you do in court that day you told us you were going to have to wing it, because you knew almost nothing about the case?

To be honest, that sounds like so many days that I'm not sure which one you're referring to... but what usually happens is either:
1. Somehow it miraculously works out (more often than you'd think)
2. the trial/inquest/other torture is adjourned/postponed/settled-last-minute (or there's yesterday, where the only reason I wasn't thrown into a trial for which I knew nothing in Part X (the "speedy trial" part) was because they didn't have a judge sitting in Part X that day!), or
3. Mark (my boss) decides he wants to do it after all, instead of leaving it to me.
I've yet to actually do a trial (thank god), though I think I'm going to be stuck with an inquest when my boss goes on vacation next week...

My computer just got a Rootkit virus called ZeroAccess. It took me about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to clean it out.The medications were Combofix with help from MalwareBytes plus Super Antispyware to finish the treatment.
There was no collateral damage to the computer and it's files what I can see now.

At 4:30AM friday I woke up and puked. I had the runs at the same time. In between sleeping all day and puking I promised myself if I was still throwing up at 11:00PM I would go to the emergency room. I called everyone I knew to drive me but no one was around so I drove myself in. I got there at 11:30PM and they made me wait 5.5 hours to be seen. The witch behind the intake counter kept saying,"there are people sicker than you that need to be attended to."
I brought my phone and its charger in case I was gonna be there for an overnight stay. A man sitting next to me saw my charger and told me he has the same phone as me and his phone was almost out of power, could he borrow mine to charge it. The plug was in between our chairs and it was the emergency room so naturally I oblidged. At one point I fell asleep in my chair and when I awoke the jerk was gone and he stole my charger.
All they ended up doing for me was giving me some anti puking pills, crackers and gingerale. I could have stayed home and been better off.I have a 24-72 hour flu bug that's making its way around the country. My sister in law has prepared me dinner and my brother is on his way over with it right now. It'll be the first solid food I've had since Thursday night.

You know, Jan 2nd, my 2.5 year relationship ended(not my choice), and I was absolutely distraught. Seriously, during all of January and February, I felt like I was dying, I was so depressed over it's end.
Then in March, I finally joined a dating site, and met someone who's NORMAL, without a bunch of crazy, CHILDISH, neurotic character flaws. And OMFG, it's been wonderful!!! I mean even if it doesn't work out...just going out with someone who's normal. It's funny, I think I swept all of the ex's character flaws under the rug, and didn't realize how bad they were, until I started seeing someone who's normal.
It's funny, the relationship I thought I couldn't live without, was broken and irreparable, and I was too in love to see it. I'm now THANKFUL that it's over. It's so nice dating someone who's not a neurotic mess! I'm no longer walking on eggshells, toeing a line. I even fired off a nice email, saying "I hope you're well, and by the way, thanks for breaking up with me...because you really did me a favor(and I did throw in a little jab about how great it was to meet someone who's normal)".
Anyway, my point is, that there are good people out there, you just have to keep looking!

I live in a college town too, but that wouldn't matter anyway. I'm just a reckless cougar.
Well, that was me forever, too. It's too easy. It's actually hard to believe that 22yo's want to sleep with someone who's in his 40's, but hey, I not complaining!!! Last Friday, I was lucky enough to take a walk down memory lane!!!(with a former ex, not "the" ex)
But really, this past relationship changed everything for me. I've never felt that committed, and whole, as I did. I pretty much now only want commitment like that. It completed me, more so that I've ever been...and regardless of what 21-25yo's SAY, they're not ready for a relationship, or commitment. Thus, my new 30 and up rule, now. Although I still may make an occasional exception...;)
But I've started seeing a 30yo now, and the difference in maturity is startling(yes, different people have different maturity levels, regardless of age)! But it's so nice. We're going slow(4 weeks this week), and haven't done anything more than kiss, cuddle and hold hands. And I'm fine with that, until we figure out how we really feel. (of course I'm discounting the fact that I never realized the ex was batsh*t crazy, until I started seeing someone who's sane! I wouldn't go back now, if I was begged!)

I always wound up in the same trap. Also, always with wealthy guys that were pissed that I was unimpressed by money. LONG story short...I don't believe in coincidence ...I met my guy almost 10 years strong. Love, devotion, loyalty and trust...and the dirty part of the relationship is like its still in the honeymoon phase. I had been out to a club with a girl far from where we lived...as she came out to me and wanted to meet a girl but, was in the secret and afraid mode. We got home early and an ex friend had invited me to a party...so, being all slick from going out earlier I was like sure. I am in recovery from drugs and alcohol for a long time...and this friend knew it...the party was in a house directly across from my beloved Nana Mac's house where I grew up...and have the happiest memories that bring joy tears. Anyway, the party was a method and other drugs party. It was also an orgy. Sitting in the living room as naked drugged out guys were trying to tear my nice clothes off. I was trying to think of how to get home when in walked the man of my dreams...he looked at me and said, what is a hot classy guy like you doing here? So you know he said all the right things...and got me out ofaa there and loved me enough to get clean too. So, after 3he HIV tests we are grateful to be free from that sad disease that we both lost friends to. He was the first poor guy...Irish intercity Boston section called Dorchester/Southie. He got excited crossing the NH state border for tax free smokes. When you have been almost everywhere from my work...seeing San Fran and France, UK....etc...Taking a helicopter over the Grand Canyon ...I watched him in hidden tears...seeing all these places with someone you totally love...and they are a bit nervous and almost overwhelmed by scuba diving in the Carribiean et al...it is like seeing it all through his eyes of love...and its all new...and even better. Today were going strong. My secret to a strong relationship? Free from resentments and explosive fights where you say something you don't mean? We bicker our pissed offnesses inbetween laughter conversations and debates. Believe it or not I am a freelance author known for my Political commentary as a Liberal Democrat. He is a gay Republican. We even see past that! We do everything together...I love him more and more each day...

How ignorant of your tutor. Her poetry and words are just.. wow. I can't even describe them right now. I am so so excited to see her, I don't even care about going on my own. She makes amazing music. Just kids was beautiful too, her relationship with Robert was so pure and honest it was almost childlike (which is ironic because of how much they did together from an early age). I just find her so fascinating. The dream of life documentary was filmed over 10 years too. I swear I am too excited. I'm not going to be able to sleep untill June, LOL. I came in here to JTIS that I bought my first gun today. It's an Airforce One Desert Falcon air pistol and I'm in love. Can't wait to use it at the range.
Me too, I can't even predict what will be on the setlist. Apparently Johnny Depp is a guitarist on the new album too.

As of this afternoon, my boss is on vacation through the end of next week. He told me that for the 6 (work) days, I should "be him."
I told the attorneys room that he was gone as soon as he started down the stairs. This one older female attorney who hates him (they all hate him, but she stands out) immediately offered her hope that his plane would crash.

One of my favorite sites, formspring, has a virus in it so I have logged out indefinately.
Also another favorite, photobucket, has completely changed their ways of editing photos, so I'm leaving them too.
Honestly, I find it so annoying that websites are constantly changing their ways of doing things. Why can't anything ever stay the same?

Incidentally, my main methods of coping for getting through the (insanely and impossibly long) days are trying to time my boss' mood swings (from psycho-mad to psycho-happy to "friendly") and nursing my secret crush on one of his ex-partners who's still in the business and at the courthouse every day. (He has a ton of ex-partners who are at the courthouse every day, but this guy is the only one he's willing to acknowledge.)

I suppose things have to constantly change to draw in new people and increase their "user friendly" nature. These programming types do tend to forget, however, that we don't all have PHDs in computers. That being said, some days I'm amazed that I even manage to turn my computer on. I'm just not technology savvy.

I went to Wolverhampton today to attempt to do some documentary work (I didn't) and ended up finding the best vinyl shop ever. Huge Madonna sections and some Cyndi Lauper too. And I also found an Antique book shop that had a whole Marlene Dietrich section of books. I ended up getting one for £4 with loads of pictures I have never seen before. I used to think Wolverhampton was a bit rubbish compared to Birmingham but if you go down the little side streets they have all these little quirky shops. I must stop buying books though.
P.S I always manage to pull the weirdos, I must of laddered my tights on the bus a little and this guy with gold teeth told me and asked me if it was a stair way to heaven (LOL) and told me to stay safe "sexy bugger" who says that really? (apart from him obviously)

So at my part-time retail job, a full-time position has become open. I interviewed for it today and she said she'd let me know in a few days. Accepting this job, assuming the pay at least matches my main job, would mean leaving my main job, where I've been at for almost nine years. Things at my main job are getting bad. Over the past two weeks a major responsibility was taken away from me, along with my hours being cut, again.
I'm really nervous/tense about this whole thing wondering if I'm making the right decision. Of course nothing is definite and I'll be okay if I don't get it. Sometimes I wish I was kid again without a care in the world...

I met my birth parents this weekend. They've been married since 1977 and have three more adult children. I've been developing a relationship with everyone for the past ten weeks, but this was the first meeting.
My aunt/godmother arranged the adoption. My adopted mom was her best friend and my birth mother was her little sister (13 years between them). Up until the age of six, I had two aunts and four cousins that were like family to me. It was wonderful learning that they really were.
This has been one of the deepest, most moving, and happiest experiences of my life.

Steve, I met my birth family, 20 years ago. Being adopted, I always had a very hard time....wondering "who" was out there. My adoption was an "inside job" also, with both of my Mom's being friends(my Mom was barren, and the birth Mom unwed, and pregnant with her 3rd child[me], so an arrangement was made). But I was never told that they knew who the birth family was, until I was 20. And then, only when I told my Mom that I had secretly tried to get the records opened...
So I've got 2 brothers and a sister, and the birth Mom, and I'm reasonably close to them. I see the Mom at least once a year(they live 1000 miles away), and I ~was~ close to my older brother, although we've drifted apart...
So although I HATED being an only child, the entire birth family has told me(I mostly mean aunts, uncles, cousins....) that getting adopted, was the best thing that ever happened to me(it's funny, the Mom is great, but my 3 siblings ALL have issues).
But just finally KNOWING, was extremely freeing for me.

So happy that you had a good experience! I'm sure that this is a huge change in your life and that it was probably a little scary getting in contact and not knowing how it would turn out.
Having known the extended family as a child helped. I mean, they were very, very special to me. I loved them like they were family. Mom's falling out with my godmother/aunt was more hurtful to me than the divorce! Also, my mom informed me that my natural parents had been following what I had been doing throughout my life, so I knew they were interested. The scary part was just knowing what to say. As it happened, I found out about two weeks before my natural father's birthday, so that gave me a natural conversation starter.
But just finally KNOWING, was extremely freeing for me.
Exactly.
The funny thing for me is that my mom told me at lunch, and I had had about six or seven cups of coffee (I'm not a coffee drinker). After lunch, I had to fill out pre-employment paperwork.

My mom got served with a rent demand tonight.:confused::eek:
(Background for non-lawyers: Before you can take someone to housing court for not paying rent, you have to serve them with a demand for the rent. If they still don't pay it, then you can start a court case.)
Of course she's sure she sent the money (apparently she regularly pays whenever during the month and it's never been a problem), but it's just bizarre that this happens just as I'm getting a little more of the hang of the job I have (landlord lawyer)...
Also, have I mentioned how much I love my boss being on vacation this week? And how depressing it's going to be when he comes back???
(Today's attorney room discussion involved just how much they all hate my boss and how they want his plane home to be "Miracle on the Hudson 2," except that he'll be in the bathroom at the time and won't be saved. The other attorneys also decided that the word that describes how they feel about him is "reviled.")

My entire department at work is an EEOC lawsuit waiting to happen. Why do people think it's okay to carry on loud, at-length discussions in the workplace about their sex lives? I'm have a weird week. My step-father died on Monday night after a long battle with numerous health issues. I feel bad that I don't really feel too bad about that. In fact, it's really a nice resolution to that part of my life, since except for one step-sister and her son, I really don't have any attachments to my step-family.
As mentioned, I'm in the reunion process with my biological family. My siblings are currently planning a trip for Memorial Day weekend for our first face-to-face meeting, and I've been really excited about it. Well, I got a phone call tonight from my brother. He and his wife just found out today that she is six months pregnant!

I hope it turns out well for you. I think I was a little disappointed in meeting mine. It's funny....I think I expected them to be perfect, or better than me. I think I'd always thought that I'd have grown up....as a better, happier, more successful person, HAD I grown up with them. But I now know that getting adopted was the best thing for me(given that my siblings all had far greater problems than I).
But just knowing them, and meeting them, and finding out who they are, is very freeing, and cathartic. I'm very happy that you're going to meet them.

is a psycho!
We broke up the weekend before Thanksgiving due to the fact she could not take care of herself (i.e. - Two separate trips to different ER's with the same result of a positive U.A. test for "Barbituates in her system not consistent with the prescription meds that she is on") and then someone who knew her wanted to me contact her since somehow she accused me of posting photos/etc. on a craigslist personal page - SO I cleared the air of that...and we started to talk again...
Of course someone then starts to send me anonymous text messages to my phone because I am talking to her again, So instead of getting pissed/upset of the harassment (Which would have happened in my dumber/younger years) I went the common sense route and turned it into the D.A.'s office!
My ex-girlfriend then flips out because I cannot tell her who it was that sent the text's - because of the legal issues - and started to trip out on me, cussing me out, etc. - even playing the pity-party trip on me...
I don't need the stress or that kind of trip - all I wanted was to see it things could be patched up between us if she could get her issues in check...
So much for me being wrong about her
Edit: She has tried to sugarcoat things now, I am a forgiving man, but also a skeptical soul...

I hate it when people use Facebook as an excuse to be ignorant and un-intelligent. Apparently, learning is a haven for those without lives and because Facebook exists there's very little need to use the English language properly. I really do pity this generation of youths. The majority of good are being let down by a minority of individuals I can only term 'F*ckwits' who have a false belief in their entitlement because they were born in an era where technology prevails. There will NEVER be an excuse to be closed minded and ignorant, so any excuse they could provide is invalid. To learn is to grow. To cease learning from your environment and absorbing knowledge when it presents itself is to cease living. Ironic that they would have you believe it's the other way around.

Well, someone (Who has ties to my ex-girlfriend Vanessa) apparently felt facebook was a place to learn when I was online communicating with her, because they started to send anonymous text messages to my phone (I had placed my cell # on facebook under my contact info, but have since removed it) but they realized now (I very sure) that I don't like the 'anonymous' aspect (At least show some GUTS if one wants to annoy me) and notified the local authorities about the text's, and I received word this morning the an arrest was made, lol! Ever trying to talk to the passengers in your car.Its very annoying with those idiots playing their tunes that loud for the whole bloody world can hear it.
Also the same thing as your trying to get a nice sleep. You get awaking about 3am when a idiot pass you house, flat, apt with their high power car amp blasting the whole town with Boob,Boom.Boom.After that the nights sleep is shot.

I don't mind if they are playing anything good but 98 percent is crap.

Someone was arrested for sending anonymous texts???
not that hard to trace an anonymous text when there are 'indentifier's' that are still available for tracking purposes (If sent from a website, as most are, an IP number is still traceable)
I received a fraudulent email yesterday from a yahoo account under my ex-girlfriend's married name, I informed her because I felt she had a right to know and she got mad at me again - So much for letting her know that someone is pretending to be her online...She said I "caused" her 'stress' - but she seems to have a selective memory in regards to stress she caused me, so I 'reminded' her of the issues she caused me here in town, remains to be seen if it sinks into her head and makes her realize that it's better to die being honest than live while lying:
"You tell them stories
They'd rather believe
Use and confuse them
They're numb and naive
The truth is the truth hurts
Don't you agree?
It's harder to live
With the truth about you
Than to live with
The lies about me"

You're lucky. I finish my Bachelors Degree in a couple of weeks and I'm right back there in September for my Masters. I really want to go to a new and - dare I say it - better University. Pictured here with my boss is Little Orphan Alfie. He was brought to us in a disgusting condition after a group of children tried to drown him in a bucket of water after chopping off his whiskers. Failing that, they dumped him in a wheelie bin and left him for dead. Luckily somebody found him and he was brought to us. We were able to get him the help he needed and bring him to our sanctuary in waiting for a loving family. Sadly this isn't the first, and it certainly won't be the last case of severe cruelty we receive. A while ago one of our loyal volunteers was brought a box of 10 kittens by two young men. They told her how they had seen a man behead an adult female they could only assume was their Mother. He was keeping the kittens in the back of his car. While one of the two men was busy beating the Son of a B*tch into a bloody pulp the other, who was so severely allergic to Cats that he could hardly breathe, broke his way into the car and stole the kittens and brought them to the helper's safe hands.
I find it increasingly difficult to like people when I'm hearing day in and day out the atrocities they're committing against those they deem weaker than them.

Oh my god.
That is horrific.
At the moment my cat Daisy is sleeping on my feet s happy as larry. To just think of anyone hurting a defenseless animal in any way makes me sick to my stomach.
It seems strange to think that, as humans, some of us are destined to live a life of semi-luxury with food and a roof over our heads and yet some people live with nothing and worry about where there next meal is coming from rather than the money to buy a meal in an expensive restaurant.
And in the same vein some animals are born into a life where they will be loved and fed in a warm home with people who truly care about them. And some animals are destined to live life wherein they suffer cruelty beyond which I can imagine.
I think we should all be incredibly grateful to people, like Bee and her colleagues, who do an incredible job every day in rehabilitating and re-homing abandoned animals.
I, for one, am.
Like bullying, poverty and countless other atrocities there seems to be little we can do to help beings in these situations but if we all do tiny bit it can help a lot.

Just spent 6 hours at work and have just got into Uni to begin my day lol. Tired but I got Little Orphan Alfie a home with my brother so that's a morning well spent. My Dad had said that if he didn't get a home by Sunday then I was to bring him home with me. Seeing as I'm not doing that I asked if I could transfer the promise to another Cat but no dice. It's a shame because we have the COOLIEST Cat ever at the moment. Elvis "The Fonz" Stark. You couldn't ask for a more laid back, affectionate Cat than him. I'm teaching him how to give nose kisses at the moment and he's proving to be a very quick study. I waaaaant him! *pout* Though having said that, if I brought home every Cat I fell in love with I'd now be the owner of Salem and Socks (My own babies) as well as Standard Ginger, Sophie, Lady Lulu, Captain, Elvis, George, Mr. Norris, Bertram Thumbcat, Artemis, Zack, Mr. Dolly, Cassandra, Ivy, Marilyn, Carpet, Tung, Annabell and Lori lol.

I think some people love it here the most during winter elsewhere, the humid summers, probably not so much but once you live here you get used to them. And being here year round you do notice subtle changes during the seasons. As I was driving home to Ohio a few weeks ago I noticed fields of purple flowers up in northern Florida that looked so pretty off the interstate. I think you see a bit more difference in seasons up there than you do in southern FL but you still notice little things down here. Certain wild flowers in bloom different times a year and milder temps during late winter. Stuff like that. Personally I think the best weather to be active outside and it not so hot, is during the winter months down here. Mid to high 70's feels great being outside in January and February. The Gulf can be a little chilly though during those months when the water dips from 90 to 70 but it probably feels fine for anyone coming down here from up north. But the winters here overall can't be beat :)

Love the bottem one .I do love the winter wonderland around for the holidays the rest of the cold winter .I say no.I feel like Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation looking out the window at the girl wearing the little bikini when I look out the window at the snow.LOL.
I have to say the past winter was easy for us up here ,A couple of major snow storms which they were not that bad and the snow storm in late october that made a mess of worst damage then hurricane Irene did last August .I know .I drove home after Stevie's Bethel NY concert in the beginning of hurricane Irene .

Yeah I think the midwest had a mild winter this year up there. Florida is beautiful and all but the hurricanes here are nothing to mess with I hear. I've been lucky to have been here 3 years now and not had to deal with those but you never know and have to be on your toes from June-November. I think the last one to rip through this area of SW FL was Charley in 2004 which came up through Charlotte Harbor down in Punta Gorda and done major damage. I've seen footage on tv of it and pics and it was no joke! Scary stuff. I think if a major storm was to ever come this way I'd just go up to Georgia or something and stay a few days  I don't want to be in any hurricanes down here.

Here in Indiana, we had the mildest winter anyone can recall. Seriously, we had about 4 DAYS of winter weather. I usually use about 600 gallons of LP gas, for heating, and I only used 400 this year. That's about $500 savings! Best winter ever!:blob2:

Yeah I'm at home in Aberdeen! It's been so hot here that beers outside are necessary - it's brilliant. I will join you in Nashville sometime - honest! Since I'm not there right now though I bet my neighbours had no idea who the artist was that I was playing.
There's nothing worse than working with a lazy-ass person. I'd rather work with someone who was absolutely horrible, a real a*****e, but who you could count on to actually do their job. That way you don't have to deal with them as such because you know things will get done. Laziness though... you always have to chase after them!
In all seriousness I may plan a trip for next summer... Do you ever fancy a trip to the UK though?

As I was heading to help my friend do some yardwork .On the way there I happen to spot a box full of records on the curb.I quickly turned around and pick the heavy box up and load it into my car.I notice the bottom felt wet due to last nights rain so I empty the records out in the car to dry some of them out.The sleaves are not that bad. Anyway what a collection.Mostly 1980's dance/pop tunes .some 1970's tunes .couple of country albums.few 1960's artists. That batch has all kinds of different tunes.I will say about 80 plus records. Now I got my living room covered of records which are airing out.I notice they had a price on the box. which was $2.00 for one or three for $5.00.They probably from a tag sale or fleamarket and they didn't sell. All of them are in great condition.
Ok.On the way home at the same spot there was another batch about 40 more records.most of these were from the 1940's to 1960's and most were dry from water. I walk up the street and carried that batch home.now all have a new home instead of the local landfill.
Ok probably all of you probably wondering if there was any Stevie or FM in the collaction.
"NO" There was no Stevie or FM in the collection. Not even a Rumours album which I was surprised.

Macfanforever,
That's so cool to find vinyl like that.
I've been really considering getting
a new turntable. There's so much new
vinyl being released from artist I really
like, such as Jack White, Shelby Lynne
and Melody Gardot.
But besides the "room" situation, of
which I'm running out of. There's the
cost involved. The cheapest decent
turntable Stereophile recommends is
a Music Hall USB-1 ($250.00). Then
there's the obligatory record vacuum

The party that owned them took care of them. They are not scratched to crap like the ones at the fleamarket that I find.
I was thumbing through some tonight I found some 12" singles in the collection.I have to see what I got.

I mean, who actually takes baths anymore? I can't believe they still sell that stuff (for its intended purpose). I suppose it's just like VCR tape head cleaner, which is still being sold. I mean, it's because there are so many people out there still watching VHS videotapes, right? Wink wink, nudge nudge...

I mean, it's because there are so many people out there still watching VHS videotapes, right? Wink wink, nudge nudge...
Well, the thing with "bath salts" is that they're not actually salts that you put in bath water.
The drug referred to as bath salts is usually one or a combination of some synthetic not-yet illegal substances (mephedrone, MDPV, and methylone) that looks like rock salt, and has to be crushed and snorted.

Apparently, some of the side effects are feeling like your organs are burning - super-human strength - and the loss of reason and logic. Gee, sounds fun. These three things would explain why the guy was naked, took multiple shots to kill, and was eating someones face.
I can't help but say that while some people will try anything to get a high, I do feel in my heart that if some drugs like marijuana were legal, there would be less interest in ever-stranger and more dangerous types of drugs - but that's an alltogether different subject.
All the 'bath-salt' stuff aside, this story is unsettling to say the least and immediately made me think of The Walking Dead and the fact that the CDC has a zombie-plague-outbreak plan. I've looked at hospital photos of the victim which I now regret, and frankly, if that were me I'd beg the medical staff to kill me.

Been having issues with a certain psycho ex-girlfriend, well Monday morning we were communicating via phone/text and she (once again) tried to convince me that her husband/ex husband (I don't even know if they're legally divorced or not) was behind the original contacting of me (Her story is that he pretended to be someone informing me of her facebook profile)
Now logic to me would dictate that her story is a bunch of pure unbridled bull! But she kept on saying she had proof, and that he had been harassing her and bad talking me, as if I truly could care (I don't care to be honest). But c'mon, I am NOT a believer of such a far-fetched story.
She said her proof is facebook messages to her, but she cannot 'forward' them to me so I can view them and make my own decision on this whole stupid mess. I asked her again for her proof...again and again, never received it (Because I am sure there's no proof AT ALL!)
While talking to me, I decided I had enough of her delusional lies and crap, so I thought to add a couple of things into the conversation just to see if she would take them and run with them (In other words incorporate the things into her lies) - Such as a situation that happened here when she was living with me (An earthquake caused my waterbed to badly vibrate one night - 5.5 on the Richter Scale) and a "random" female name (I picked the name "Tammy" out of air for no real reason at all - all apologies to anyone named "Tammy", lol!).
After I added the situation and random female name to the conversation she said the name of the female was the same name as the person her husband/ex-husband has been living with and that she told him about the earthquake/waterbed situation! BUSTED! Abso-tively BUSTED!
I even informed her that I made the name "Tammy" up and added the earthquake/waterbed situation just to prove that if given a suggestion she would add those suggestions to her 'stories'! She cannot be truthful to me so I cannot be trusting to her anymore, so she has been FLUSHED along with all the other crap she said/did.
Told people that I am a nice person UNTIL you f**k with me enough and I grow tired...LOL! She reminds of some idiots I traded music with, those who claim to own "rarities" that others don't...but they don't own a damn thing minus a delusional thought in their heads.

They aren't used in baths, but they are marketed as such- that was my point.
I also tend to disagree that legalizing marijuana will somehow mitigate the emergence of alternative psychoactive pharmacological agents. That's just like saying that, well, alcohol is legal; why bother ingesting anything else? People will always chase after the next great high- whether it's smoking doobies or skydiving off a cliff. It seems that now that people are armed with a great deal of information via a few clicks of a mouse, people have become empowered to discover the homology of different classes of chemicals and have become armchair discovery scientists when it comes to trying to get high. It's a shame that this kind of drive and ingenuity is not being channeled towards more productive endeavors!

I do! Only during the fall and winter months, but oh how I love my bath soaks.
I can't look into this face eating story; it kind of reminds me of the scene in Hannibal when he says it takes like chicken. :distress:

I am probably the only person left in the US who takes a bath every day (no showers for me!). They are just so supremely relaxing. Taking a bath is the only private time I ever get, too. Plus, I take a while to wake up in the morning... standing up and having water splash into my face when I'm barely conscious is torturous to me. Everybody thinks I'm a weirdo, but I love my baths! :D

Yeah, do yourself and NEVER look into that. There are certain things you can never, ever un-see. :distress:

It's really kind of unavoidable. No only are (distant) surveillance videos available, there are also close-up pictures of the crime scene and the victim's face. I really cannot imagine how he survived the attack. Poor guy doesn't even have eyelids. I suspect this is even more gruesome than the chimpanzee attack on the woman in Connecticut several years ago.

That's not why people think you're a weirdo...
Sorry, an obvious joke! How are you? As for the bath/shower debate, showers all the way for me! A good powerful shower in the morning just starts the day of well. I don;t even have a bath in my flat, just a shower and it's great
