Last post, first pic is interesting. He's got a stache and playing a Strat, pretty unusual for him any time and I thought it was from a Buckingham Nicks show in the Deep South. Now, is just me, or was his hair shorter back then?

It may be from a B/N concert, I wouldn't know! To me, Lindsey with facial hair makes it difficult to place when a pic is from. Usually, if I see shorter, non-afro hair, I think 73-75. When I see afro, I think 76-78. I have seen pics of LB w/FM members where he had just a moustache...

Oh yeah, there's John in the back. He was probably experimenting with his facial hair back then before settling in the beard (c'mon, at one time, he looked like Wolverine, but the funny part is they both came around the same time). Still, the beard works best for some odd reason, can't think of why, can you?

We seem to be opposites on the looks we like. One of my faves is the Go Insane hair (it's one of your Least faves!). Your fave seems to be the 'fro and beard (which is my least favorite).
I really can't pick my favorite look. It's between Mirage, Go Insane, or Out of the Cradle.

He looked great during OOTC, but with Mirage, he looked great with the bare arms, but horribly stupid in that farmer outfit. He looked like he was gonna go play Farmville when the show was over lol.

I think the fro pics are becoming my favorites. I love how his eyes look. In the one pic posted with all the watermarks there was some picture of Will where I think he looks SO much like his dad there. Obviously no facial hair, but the eyes and expression were the same. I have to find that to show what i mean.

Not sure if this is the one you're thinking of, but...

I think the chest hair is still there. It's just less visible in some shots, because it's turned gray and doesn't standout as much against his chest.

^ That pic is just hawt...look at the little temporary tattoo on his hand. Aw, his kids...

Speaking of his kids, I have said in the past that his daughter Leelee looks too much like him in the pic where all three sit on his lap, but then the little one seemed to have his expressions the most in that documentary that he made during Under the Skin era. But now I am convinced from all the pics and video I have seen- including that little pic posted (which was one of my screencaps from the doc)- that William is the one that looks most like his dad. I compare Will to LB now and it's hard. But take any of those young LB pics and put it up next to Will and he's completely him...it's eerie.

I don't know if that particular Will pic is the one I was referring to but it's close enough. If I find it I'll post it. Will Buckingham= young Lindsey's doppelganger.

It's creepy how much Will now looks like his daddy back when he was young, as is it was what Lindsey looked like as a kid. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if he inherited Lindsey's singing, songwriting, and guitar-playing talent, and if he did, well...we'd be looking at some big-time talent here.

Nothing can touch the original, especially when we're talking Lindsey Buckingham. And this coming from someone who adores Jakob Dylan...Will can very well inherit a vast majority of Lindsey's brilliance but he will never come close to making me feel the way Lindsey's music does.

But I'm all for hoping Will (or one of them) becomes an
artist. You can tell he's going to be a looker for sure. ;)

Will is his son and while he may not be Lindsey, he'd still be pretty damn talented like his dad. Hell, he'll never replace Lindsey by any means, but he'll be entertaining.

Agreed, Miss Lady Loki. At this point in Lindsey's life, he definitely would look best in a darker suit- a well-fitted dark suit. I was at this show and thought he looked (and performed) marvellously. But then I was certainly biased because Lindsey can never really disappoint me. Not too much. He's
pretty much exceeded my expectations in every area that matters as a fan, over and over again. But still... he would look best in a darker suit with maybe a blue shirt to bring out the eyes.

I personally feel that his eyes never get old. It's like everything else ages as expected but his eyes are eternally youthful. They still look like a baby's eyes in their animated expression.

You hit the nail right on the head. His eyes seems to be a kind of blue that's timeless in appearance, and as Stevie says at the end of Rhiannon, all the same (as in no matter how much he ages, his eyes'll always be the same).

As for the suit, a dark one could, along with a blue shirt, really bring out his eyes and make 'em have the same striking nature it had back when he had a fro and beard.

Oh yeah and to anyone that has met him: what are his eyes like up-close?

Speaking of that, i noticed something in this pic, someone posted not so long ago. Look at Lindsey's glasses, shirt (collar) and jacket : everything is so modern (and CAH isn't that outdated too). CAH has, and always will be, Rebound Girl, but she really does look 12, and speaking of which...Carol Ann Harris, put that cigarette away right now! You're too young to be smoking! I can relate about looking young (I'm gonna be 20 in August and I'm often mistakened to be around 15/16), but CAH is in her 20's and looks 12, which is just ridiculous.

And you just HAD to put up that pic! Sure, Rebound Girl is in it (yeah, I'm not very fond of CAH at all, even before I found out how "truthful" her book was), but I just love how he manages to be both badass and hot at the same time in that pic.

I saw the picture in the back of the book and it was very attractive, though also not too clear and taken from a distance. Very likely photoshopped, because I have heard some people say she was on a plastic surgery show getting work done and didn't look good at all. I have not seen this show but I'm sure someone here has...no pics have ever been posted to back up these claims.

I think CAH was very pretty when younger. I think she definitely had a young look, but then she wasn't that old. She was in her very early 20s when she got involved with LB and he was 5 years older. She was very cute and as far as I'm concerned much better looking than that Cheri Caspari lady he was involved with. There's a particular video I posted where LB and Cheri were at some premiere for a movie (early 90s) and she looked like she could be his mother...:sorry:

Kristen is the prettiest S.O. he's had along with Stevie. I think CAH is cute but not spectacular. Stevie is alluring and adorable. Kristen has pictures out there where she looks really beautiful. No comment on Cheri and Anne Heche.

Well, after she healed from the surgery she might have looked better. What I remember most about that special is that she seemed tragic. She was fingering through her old photo albums and talking about how beautiful she was in the past and wanting to recapture that beauty, as if she had no future.

That is a little sad. So how did she look physically during this appearance Michele? Anything like the back flap of her book? I've never really cared before because in the end her looks, whether stunning or not-so, mean very little in comparison to her character. And from her book it seems she definitely has a tendency to whitewash her own faults and is probably not honest about a few other details, so not the most upstanding of people. But still...I'm curious.:o

She had the prominent cheek bones and collagen look to her lips that so many women have these days, but she didn't look horrible like Joan Rivers or anything. Other than the pictures we've seen (most of them in this thread), she is not familiar to me, so I can't say that she looked totally unlike herself. I had very few images from her past to compare.

Also, remember that this was a medical show and so they showed her getting ready for the surgery. They showed places where the skin lost elasticity and we saw her without make up and they showed them pulling back her hair, marking the places that would be changed on her face and comparing it with the computer images of what the surgery was supposed to accomplish. So, it's almost set up so that the person doesn't look attractive, so that they can explain things clinically.

Sweet, you have an AMA pic up top! When I saw the vid, I was surprised at how...wrong Rebound Girl was about what went down (he did stumble around, but Stevie guided him back and the rest of the band wasn't paying attention, as opposed to the whole band was staring in horror) and it goes to show how "truthful" her book was.

Looking at these pics, I must say that she's cute, but not quite Stevie in terms of looks (or classiness for that matter too), and that Lindsey is still hotter than her, even today. Oh yeah, and he looks great in that third pic.

In the meantime, do you have pics or have any idea where these pics are from where Stevie and Lindsey appear to be in bathing suits (well, at least Stevie cause you see her in a string bikini top in a few shots and Lindsey is bare-chested) and Stevie starts showing off a copy of the White Album? As I said, I think CAH was really waifish-cute when younger, but as she aged (judging from pics in her book) she started to look pretty hard. Kristen is absolutely prettier than her, especially in this pic (obtained from http://www.buckinghamnicks.net):

http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y135/lalalives/Picture40.png

Still, I agree with the post above that stated Lindsey was/is better looking than them all. A very big heck yeah. Those women all pale in comparison. ;)

Lindsey definitely has a type of woman that he goes after- young, blonde, small framed. I agree that Stevie and Kristen are by far his most attractive S.O's.

I personally don't find Kristen THAT attractive. She's too perfect, and there's something about her nose i don't like. Well, there's something about Stevie's nose too, but her natural charisma makes all her imperfections disappear :)

Stevie's nose never really bothered me, and no one's nose will bother (or be the butt of as many jokes) as Pete Townshend's, but many do bother me. Hell, Lindsey's nose back in the day used to bother me (looked a bit lumpy, but later on, it looked like he had work on it)

OK, it looked more crooked, but it still looks lumpy to me. You can also notice it in the still they do right at the beginning of the Rosebud doc.

Also, by the looks of it in the old pic, he might have broken it at one time and later on, decided to get it fixed. Who knows?

^ That b/w pic of his nose is weird...it looks like the pic is all grainy around the nose area. I'll have to investigate other pics to make a better comparison. If LB had his nose done, it was subtle. I think if it was broken that's reason enough. My friend's husband broke his nose playing baseball and he had it fixed...and he's not Lindsey Buckingham. ;)

Lindsey definitely has a type of woman that he goes after- young, blonde, small framed. I agree that Stevie and Kristen are by far his most attractive S.O's.

Agreed. He certainly prefers blondes. Although...was Cheri Caspari young!!??! And I wouldn't consider Kristen small-framed.I have seen her in person and we're like the same size, and I'm more on the slender/athletic side but not small-framed. That would be more young Stevie or CAH. I think Kristen is probably a lot more different than the other women he was with. She seems quite more stable and business-minded and certainly family-oriented. I can't really hate on her. IMO she and Lindsey have been together too long and he seems very happy and inspired. Their children are stunning. I also think some of her designs are really quite lovely.

Yeah, I think Carol was absolutely beautiful-- I'd kill to look like her. Cheri? Eh, to me she just looks like the sort of woman who might not photograph well but would be stunning in person. The only one I can't understand is Kristen. There's nothing interesting about her looks.

Not Law and order cause he's not posing like a scrawny, bronze Tarzan, but it could be Mirage.

BTW, that pic without the watermarks is awesome. However, he took tons of great pics (a lot I can't get cause I dunno how to get 'em) and here's a few of my faves that I just stole from holidayroad's Photobucket. You guys already know how much I like that one with the shades and Rebound Girl on the train, so here's others.

I've seen that shirt up close and it says "Get Tusked Lindsey" and now I seriously want it (of course, the name would have to be changed to Cassie and the closest thing I have was a shirt I made on a Disney Website once that has a pic of Chip n' Dale and says "Troublemaker", but still). BTW, is it just me or do his eyes look brown?

As for the Japan show, he also looked really good (and gave killer performances) in The Chain, Monday Morning, Oh Well, and Blue Letter (that vid is also proof that, like a few other rocks, he still looks hot all sweaty), so you might wanna check those out too, not to mention that the shirt also really brings out his eyes lol.

I know, but sometimes, he does look a bit grouchy in pics based on the look on his face, but I've often noticed this in pics he's with Stevie. Wonder why...

Anyways, didya watch the vid?

Who knows, many factors go into hotness, but when I hear sexy with a rock star, I might think Roger Daltrey (he has amazing hair, doesn't he?), but Jimmy and Lindsey are hot in their own way. Jimmy gets his sexiness from being dark and diminutive, Lindsey gets it from...can you help me out here?

...his darkness, his blue eyes, his chest, his arms, his smile, his expressions, his angst, the way he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, his total abandment when on stage, the way he messes around during Stand Back ( including, for me, the monkey-dance during the SYW tour :D ), in fact, everything he does on stage is HOT. Even the way he is with his kids makes him extra hot...good dads are super sexy

OK, that's plenty of reasons right there .

One thing I noticed that Jimmy and Lindsey have that both translate into sexiness is their dark nature (don't ask why, it just does somehow), but they also have bonuses in addition to being killer guitarists and musical geniuses, namely the fact that both are very easy on they eyes (speaking of eyes, Lindsey's eyes are something you could look into forever) and just kick major ass at whatever they do.

She seemed to be zonked out for the whole Japan show and she does look pretty funny when she starts mindlessly whacking her tamborine while the rest of the band rocks out. As for his chest, for most of that show, you can get a front-and-center view of his chest, but you can really see his eyes during The Chain :blob2:

Ugh, Jimmy looked awful with short hair like that, but he's since gotten better with it going completely white.

At the end of the day, it's all about their talent and they are both wondeful guitarists, songwriters, and producers, but in regard to looks, Lindsey still has 'em, Jimmy not so much.

And as for today's pics, the first one is Fritz, right?

As for the second one, I like how the black-and-white pics capture the clearness of his eyes, and that pic does it very well.

Hey, I like Goofy Movie (I know it's really 90's, but I grew up in the 90's, so there) and I couldn't resist with the vid. Dunno why, but in black and white pics, his eyes either look like a dark brown reminiscent of Stevie's eyes or come up in a light shade of gray that really show how pale blue his eyes are (which BTW is a great contrast with his dark hair). Maybe it has something to do with lighting and angles.

His looks are a helluva good bonus at that , but, I know what you mean. When I "discovered" Lindsey it was his talent, and especially his charisma and stage presence that did it for me. Didn't Mick once say, though, that nobody wants to look at an ugly lead guitarist ( I'm paraphrasing )? Thankfully, with Lindsey, that's not a problem!!

I think he did, on an article about the first time he and Lindsey met. Lindsey was going on about how tall he was, and Mick was going on about his hair (hey, I wouldn't blame him, his hair is amazing).

For me, I just liked how he was able to write a song that could balance fun, upbeat music with sad, depressing lyrics, an interesting contrast that made for some great listening and a show of some real songwriting talent (I didn't know he was a guitarist then). For me, his looks are just a huge bonus.

If Lindsey still had the same music, personality and mannerisms, even if he was really ugly from an objective standpoint, after a little while he would be beautiful in my eyes. I'm not saying that beauty is only skin deep or anything, because I love good looks. But there are lots of men considered handsome that just don't appeal to me and conversely, once I start admiring someone for one thing, suddenly their looks become a lot more attractive too, even if they didn't appeal to me initially.

So, in the end, I'd ultimately think Lindsey was gorgeous, even if he looked like Waddy (shiver). Michele

I agree! If a guy is 'handsome' but a complete jerk, I'm going to think he's ugly. If someone has talent you respect, intelligence, or has morals/beliefs you respect, you will find the beauty in that person, even if you didn't see it at first.

I gotta agree with that: my ex, Tim was not good-looking at all, but I was able to see through that and realize he was a nice guy. Unfortunately, I learned in the end he was a jerk that just wanted me to get some and that was the end of it right there, but the point is that I was able to see past his look and into who he really was.

In regard to Lindsey, even if he looked like *shudders* Waddy Wachatel, I would be able to see past that and realize the artist that's within.

I guess at this point, it's sort of 'out of style' to show of chest hair/wear gold chains! I sort of wish he'd at least wear a few different outfits. When he wears the same night after night, it makes it hard to know what date a picture was taken.

First of all, downstate New Yorkers hold a universal dislike of upstate for a variety of reasons, the biggest being that people are a bit strange, but when I meant not being a nature girl, I meant cause I don't like hiking and *shudders* camping.

I know the Amish are concentrated in Lancaster County, PA (aka Amish Country), and that at least has Hershey Park, but the people in upstate are, in general, a bit on the odd side, based on what I saw when I had to go up there for my cousin's wedding. Now, I better drop it before any Upstaters reading get offended by the perspectives of a Downstater (and if you are reading I have one thing to say: no, Long Island isn't part of the city).

And yet, in my area, you can't swing a dead cat and hit a grocery store or something along those lines. Of course, when you go further out east (before the Hamptons, where all the rednecks and my ex are at), things do tend to get a bit sparser, to the point where I've seen sod farms off the road. Yes, sod farms.

As for today's pics, I never got why Alabama went so nuts for Buckingham Nicks.

Hmmmm...I bet it has to do with University of Alabama. I know in Stony Brook there's obscure indie bands playing in the University Cafe on weekends, and I guess BN was the old school (and way better) equivalent of an indie band that plays at colleges.

Thanks for sharing all these awesome pics of the timeless LB. I fell in love with his music but the fact that he's stunning is nice too. :) My favorite "eye thing" Lindsey does is the multiple eye batting he does w/ Stevie on "Destiny Rules" when discussing the mixer for the album. He's just prescious there.

I gotta second Nico: Thank you so much for putting up all these cool pics that show that Liddy Buck has looks that serve as a nice bonus to his incredible talent as a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer.

Well, it's just a phrase you might use when you're trying to meditate. Close your eyes, block out the world and say "Serenity now."

Only in Frank Costanza's case (Seinfeld character), he wasn't a peaceful zen kind of guy at all and, after closing his eyes and breathing deeply in an exaggerated fashion, his yoga efforts only made him yell crazily all the more.

You know Lindsey probably gets on Stevie's nerves most not when they're yelling and fighting, but when he's making quiet little faces. A perfectly timed eye blink, skeptical brow raise, a little mocking purse of the lips. That's probably when she wants to smash him in the head the most.

I agree with some of what you are saying! I love Fleetwood Mac and I would consider myself a fan of Stevie (but not a fanatic!), but Lindsey is who I'm the major fan of. I think the continuing of this Lindsey/Stevie drama is worn out! I mean, I sort of was okay with it the one time in The Dance DVD in the way of 'Okay, now we (SN & LB) have closure after all these years. We can now work together in peace.' Now it needs to be gone! Yes, I agree it's the smile and the way his lips form over his teeth that make him look similar in the 2 photos. He does look nerdy in the first pic. But that's ok. He became dreamy in a couple of years -- not that he's not still a nerd.

Actually, in that particular picture Lindsey looks like he's getting to make one of his faces -- not a serious one, but more of a mock serious one, where he makes eye contact with someone and gives them a stern look. It might be something he'd do just before pretending to use Stevie's glove to wipe off his sweat.

I love those faces! I remember at one of his shows there was some reverb light flashing on the audience during one of his songs. Anyway, I had been totally dancing and moving around and was all into his songs but during this one song that light was annoying me so much that I was shielding my eyes and Lindsey started mocking me. He started making faces and shielding his eyes and said, 'The light is bright huh?" but not in the mic...he sort of mouthed it...

He's very alert and notices his audience. I think he's a pretty darn sharp performer. His niece did say in her Q&A's that he was especially good at remembering faces...so all you people here deserve really good FM/LB seats and the opportunity to make yourself known at one of his shows.:nod: I'm just sayin....

Yes, Lindsey certainly sees everything that is going on in the first rows in front of him. I remember at one show there was a seat tussle next to me and Lindsey watched the entire thing during Big Love. I just shrugged at him. And at his solo concerts, I've been surprised at how much he hears and responds to. He hears things coming from many rows back and he answers if he's in the mood.

OK, first, BTFLCHLD, I LOVE that scene from Destiny Rules...absolutely love it. :blob2:

I like how they always hold hands, and stick together, and that scene is just really neat :xoxo:

Second, I know I'm late to this thread conversation, but, here's my thoughts on Lindsey and Stevie. I definitely think he's over her - and has been for some time. It's all about the wife and kids for him now

BUT, I think they will always have a little something that makes it not possible to be "just friends". They're close, and they are probably each other's longest standing relationships ( if not always in good standing ) - of any kind, not just romantically. Yeah, they put on a bit of a show for the fans, but then, when I see the way, for instance, Lindsey is singing "Say Goodbye", especially on the Soundstage video, and the way he looks at her, it's hard to believe it's all an act. So, there's a lttle spark of something. As a fan, I like that ther's still a little mystery or romance, and I'll eat it right up. HOWEVER, as a fan of Lindsey even more, I'm happiest that he's moved on, and made a good life for himself and his family.

As for Stevie, I don't think she's ever gotten over him. She even said in an interview once ( I can't recall which one ) that the words to Silver Springs have actually come back to haunt her! I always felt that was the case, so I was stunned to hear her actually say it. Then when she makes comments about Joe Walsh being the love of her life, I think it's just a way to cope. Obviously, Joe meant a lot to her, but "the love of my life"...I don't know. I don't buy it. Lindsey's moved on, and she's still "alone". Just lttle things she says make me think she's regretting things a lot more than he is these days. And I think that's one reason it's hard for her to tour with The Mac.

Anyways, that's what I think. Geez, is this my longest post?? Sorry if I rambled... :sorry:

Oh, there is an act... several in fact... ;)

Act 1 -- Exposition. We meet the dramatis personae, and time and place are established. We learn about the antecedents of the story. Attention is directed toward the germ of conflict and dramatic tensions. (1975-1976)

Act 2 -- Complications. The course of action becomes more complicated, the "tying of knots" takes place. Interests clash, intrigues are spawned, events accelerate in a definite direction. Tension mounts, and momentum builds up. (1977 - Rumours)

Act 3 -- The Climax of Action. The development of conflict reaches its high point, the Hero stands at the crossroads, leading to victory or defeat, crashing or soaring. (1987 - Tango and Intermission)

Act 4 -- Falling Action. Reversals. The consequences of Act 3 play out, momentum slows, and tension is heightened by false hopes/fears. If it's a tragedy, it looks like the Hero can be saved. If not, then it looks like all may be lost. (1997 - The Dance to Unleashed)...

Act 5 -- Catastrophe. The conflict is resolved, whether through a catastrophe, the downfall of the hero, or through his victory and transfiguration. (We wait...)

Oh, there is an act... several in fact... ;)

True passion is not a wisp-light -- it is a consuming flame, and either it must find fruition or it will burn the heart in which it has been enkindled to dust and ashes. William Winter

But then it would be totally inappropriate to find him hot.:o Catch 22.

I know:laugh:. But I did have an uncle that I thought was attractive, if not hot. And admiring him from an early age, I do think that kind of influenced my feeling of what an ideal man should be like. And I remember telling my Dad that I wanted to grow up and marry him. He was so uptight that he couldn't just laugh it off and take it in stride, but gave me some kind of lecture, even though I think that's a common thing for kids.

I loved every little thing that Cory said about Lindsey in her tour diary, like hating to be the one to have to go and try to get him to the plane, because he would just keep talking and, while ignoring the fact that she was trying to get him to leave, he'd put his arm around her like she was standing there for her health! Or how he didn't bother telling him the zipper on his boot was busted and she had to tape it together for the next show.

Or how he would make faces at her while on stage and distract her from her teleprompter duties.

And I love at the end of the SYW tour when he made a dedication to her and said that Greg would be so proud and he got choked up. Awww.

Well, it's official: I have more reasons to watch Destiny Rules aside from Stevie and the singing fish and Lindsey adjusting his package during the cover shoot.

Lindsey and Stevie -Not the best pic, but how often do you see them both playing guitars!

First pic: So it's true: Stevie CAN play guitar. I thought when they needed more guitars in a song than a hired rhythm guitar player can do, they bring in their female John Paul Jones (that Chris BTW), but is that Buckingham Nicks-era?

Second pic: Doesn't Stevie look like she's about to say "Pound it", but it's funny to actually see her all hot n' sweaty (always thought she acted too ladylike to break a sweat lol).

OK, sorry about making so many Stevie comments, but they were suprirsing in those pics.

I assume it's from the B/N era, but I'm not completely sure. This is not to say that Stevie ever plays the guitar anymore. I've seen her play piano before.

I think I've heard her play piano on a Sisters of the Moon demo and a very early demo of Gypsy once. She's pretty good, and way better than me (all I know is a few notes from Greensleeves back when they made us learn piano in the 8th grade).

Isn't it mentioned in CAH's book that Stevie tried to play the guitar, on the Rumours tour rehearsales? Or maybe not !

Carol said that Lindsey was trying to teach Stevie to play and was saying that she said she wanted to play on stage. I think he was showing her GYOW or something. An argument ensued and Stevie left abruptly.

I know in 1982 an interviewer asked Stevie why she didn't play on stage and she said it was because it would just be for the novelty factor, not because she's really any good. She concluded that Lindsey would just be yelling at her that she was out of tune and she figured that was the last thing she needed.

She played guitar on the L&L demo and I would bet money that was her guitar "picking" on the Twisted demo too. She's not "bad" as far as doing what she needs to do - putting a tune to a song. She's not an instrumentalist but that's ok - that's why she's got LB et al...

See, there's another reason why I really adore LB. I know I don't know the man personally, but when I see how close he is to all these nieces of his and all the accounts of his adoration of him children...I respect him so much more. It's totally a bonus along with his incredible good looks, but it's a bonus I like being there. Which is why I'm such a pro LB guy when people like to rag on him as being a "jerk" (in other more provocative terms) towards everyone. By all accounts, he may not always be a ray of sunshine, but his family members appear to adore him and, having met him several times, I can vouch what a doll he is to his fans.

Thanks for bringing these little accounts up Michele. I remember reading an article written for some paper in California by one of his nieces (not Cory) and she mentioned how at some New Kids on the Block reunion show she heard them cover Fleetwood Mac and was shocked, mainly because of her childhood love for them + her uncle was in the band.

At least Stevie had the good sense to have her fur coat & a scarf on !

OMG, Lindsey's Today Show performance is like legendary...he was SO off. I have it on dvd (thanks to a special Ledgie) and I almost never play it for casual FMers because it's not the best representation of his usually masterful performances. But then it was freezing out and the man was wearing a shirt, a leather sports jacket, and jeans. No hat, gloves, scarf, etc. I'm just glad he made it through that without falling over.

I think the temperature caused the guitars to get out of tune...either that or someone (*cough*Ray Lindsey*cough*) didn't do his job...

Gee, i said i couldn't find the right word, there's no fighting here. And i also didn't say that i don't admire Lindsey, so I think i don't understand the "choice" thing. Or maybe you were talking to someone else.

As for the Today Show thing, it was cold out and i can tell you when it's cold out in NY, you tend not to move as fast and whatnot. It's even worse when your school is on the North Shore, where you catch nasty breezes and get even colder. Besides, he seriously needed a down coat that day.

It was in the teens here last winter. Combine that with some nasty North Shore windchill, and your feet will be numb in Uggs. Besides, don't you guys there have some gigantic mall bigger than Mall of American or something?

BTW, I love your siggy pic. Great fuzzy Lindsey right there.
