Go to any antiques or vintage stores you may have in your town. Many have vinyl/LP sections. You'll come across a copy sooner or later :)

Yea! We actually have a record store here.. and whenever I go in it's not there but the owner said it comes in frequently and is still a big seller so to check in often. I should just call him and tell him to put it aside for me next time he sees it, and I will pay him double for it. ($12, oh myy ;)

You definitely have the superior climate :). This part of Texas is semi-arid (rain is feast or famine, there's lots of cactus, trees are very short, etc)... so Summers here are very dry and unmercifully hot. There really aren't even many clouds here when July rolls around. But that's okay... there's lots of water to cool off in. Much of it Spring water... which is quite chilly! :D

It's from last year and, as I was rooting on my Yankees in the playoffs (you better not screw up this year cause mama needs a new World Series shirt), I decided to take a pic on my portico wearing my vintage Yankee shirt. It was my FB profile pic at one point and yes I know I look young and need to lose weight (I'm eating well and doing Wii Fit, which does help), but how do my new glasses look on me? Thanks. Makeup was never my thing and while my hair does drive me nuts more often than not, it looks better now than i did when i was around 16 (everyone in my class had cut their hair very short and so did I and looking back now, I looked like Bozo :lol:)

So, I've been meaning to do this for a while. I was in Egypt in early January (right before the protests began), and I thought I would post a few pics. It's a staggeringly beautiful place to visit. One of my favorite trips ever--I feel so blessed to have been.
A distant relative put together a group of about 50 of her family members and friends, including my grandmother, mother, sister and me. We sailed up and down the Nile, and spent a few days in Cairo. All of these are of my sister and me--I'm the taller one in the brown jacket and then the aubergine scarf.

So, I've been meaning to do this for a while. I was in Egypt in early January (right before the protests began), and I thought I would post a few pics. It's a staggeringly beautiful place to visit. One of my favorite trips ever--I feel so blessed to have been.


A co-worker of mine went to Egypt around the same time with her family. It's always been my dream to go there, and someday I will.

I was able to visit Turkey, Greece, Italy and Croatia in September, and while those places were certainly enchanting, Egypt is the ultimate travel destination for me.

You are both very attractive! :) I used to be the same way about cameras and seeing pictures of myself. Growing up being a redhead was tough... Hollywood tells you tanned skin and dark features are where beauty lies. But at some point along the way, I learned to love what made me different. Keep applying heat compressants onto it for 15 minutes several times a day. Should be gone in 3 days. And don't touch it with your fingers. You could have gotten it from either leaving eye makeup on overnight or from a germ you touched with your finger.

I guess it's about confidence mostle, and how you feel in yourself. I'm sure you'll reach your target weight because of all the effort you've told me you put into getting yourself in shape. TUTORIAL PLEASE! How do you do it, because I need to do something to my average hair.

Hahaha...its really quite simple. First, make sure when you get it cut, you take a lot of the sides (I usually have them use #3 clippers), and leave length on top, blending it all together so that it doesn't look like a bowl cut.

As for styling, experiment a bit with different products, or ask your hairdresser what you should use. I use just a standard American Crew pomade. When I get out of the shower, I run a bit through my hair, and blow dry it in the direction I want it to "set." If you don't blow dry normally (I never did before I started wearing my hair like this), you'll be surprised how much of a difference it makes.

Once you have it how you like it, a little hair spray helps to keep it that way.

Total Cuteness! I recently got another cat, too. My cousin's cat had a litter of kittens, and nobody wanted the poor all black one. They gave him to me for free, because black cats "are evil". I tried to tell the fools that being superstitious is bad luck.
