You won't have "sudden liver failure" from taking one more pill than usual (especially since they've lost potency from being so old). My mother is a pharmacist and I know a lot about these things. I've overdosed on various forms of acetaminophen in the past too, so I've picked up some knowledge.
I was just trying to offer an opinion. Sorry.
