You should know by now that Stevie is a master actress when it comes to pretending to be in love with someone she's not (you saw Fleetwood Mac last 2 years ago!).

I think Stevie and Dave are just full circle friends at this point. They kinda came into each other's lives back in the mid '80s when they were both hot messes, then abruptly spun away from each other. I think it just means a lot to them that they've formed a stable friendship with one another after all these years.

For further proof, Dave just did a magazine article with his model wife showcasing their beautiful home. If they weren't together anymore, I doubt they'd do a magazine article together showcasing their happy love nest.
