It is a possible that they are an item I was wondering in the song Secret Love maybe Dave is her Secret Love, But Like Louie said she is a great actress too as Drama is her middle name so they really too could be just really great friends, I heard a few years ago back in the 80's that she had a one night stand with Dave stewart and told him not to come around here no more so Dave wrote a song with Tom Petty Don't Come Around Here. It would be cool she and Dave are together but we should leave Stevie's life private like she wants, If she is happy we are all happy.

Ahhhhh I was waiting for this thread! I think that yes, they were together at some point, even if very briefly. If you work closely with someone you hooked up with, even if just for a night, then the possibility for a repeat may always be there - especially in the kind of environment (late hours + creativity + Stevie Nicks!!) - that they're both in...

There are some very intimate moves in the Cheaper Than Free video but I don't think they're an item right now.

NO. I thought something might be going on "behind the scenes" but once I saw Cheaper Than Free I completely changed my mind. They act more like brother and sister than lovers...the very tender hugs he gives her...it's almost the way one would hug their grandmother. Sorry, but that's just how it looked to me. And there's always the beverage differences: Dave with his martini, Stevie with her chai tea. It could never work!
