The clear one looks like sterile water or sodium chloride to reconstitute powdered meds for injection, but it could also be lidocaine (numbing agent.) Or some other med I've never seen before.

Not sure about the shorter fatter vial, could be anything really.




EDIT: How do we know this pic is legit? Just curious, it just seems so....obvious. Like it was planted for people to see - the diet food/drink, the Trimspa box on the floor, the drugs sitting on the bottom shelf - something doesn't seem right to me. And B12 does NOT need to be refrigerated (neither does sterile water, lido, etc.), so I have no clue why it would even be in there.
