Those other female family members probably haven't abused their body repeatedly over a long period of time as Stevie has.
*Substance abuse- Klonopin, cocaine, alcohol, cigs, pot + whatever else
*Travel- regularly moving between time zones and expecting the body to constantly adjust
*Touring- those concerts look pretty draining
*Recording- as with travel, pushing the body to extremes in terms of an irregular body clock
Whilst I hope Stevie (and the rest of the band) do indeed live to a good age, I'd say their life expectancy probably is slightly lower than if they'd lived a more regular lifestyle. Of course, that shouldn't be a factor in terms of how a person chooses to use the remaining years of their life; she might say to herself- 'I haven't got too much longer left, I'd really like to maximise Stevie-time instead of devoting time to the band'. which is absolutely fine provided she were straight with the band.

Maybe it's only my way of thinking but I believe all these things aren't any of our business.
However I'd say that they have already reached a considerable age for people who have lived a very stressing life, and in pretty much good health.
It still remains the fact that dragging serious illnesses on to justify the topic is incredibly insensitive for who is on this board.
