BBC has declared it for Leave now, they are almost a million votes ahead with maybe 60 polls to report of 382. A lot of people had been predicting a Stay victory, who knows if that didn't cause a few who might have voted that way to not bother? Plus flooding in London looked fairly miserable.
 It looks to me to be a bit of the isolationist anti-immigrant thing that other places are experiencing. |
