Last night I had Prawn & Coriander Spring Rolls, followed by Crispy Chicken with Lemon Sauce - scrummy!

I am in a Chinese food mood this week - tonight I am having Mini Spare Ribs, followed by Deep Fried Beef with a Hot Chilli Dip.

I had Chinese Food too. I didn't have much because I wasn't feeling well, but I had Veggie Chow Mien (With the obligatory Sweet and Sour Sauce ), Sesame Seed Toast and Veggie Spring Rolls.

And I'm having a little Birthday Cake now with a cup of Tea.

Aaah - hope you're feeling better Booboo!

Methinks you can't be too poorly if you can manage some birthday cake!

Booboo! Lol. I'm feeling better. Just headachey. It's because I've been getting very little sleep since I started back at Uni and I'm sleep deprived. But I'm taking the evening off to just relax, catch up with some of the things I like to do but have been neglecting because of work and just chilling out.

Haha! Fair point. There's always room for a little Birthday Cake (Says the girl who generally doesn't like Cake all that much ).

Though I don't eat them, lol. I'm just making a run of the mill Almond Cake for my Dad along with his usual Scones tomorrow. I need to start marinating the fruit for the Christmas Cake soon too.

I'm not a cake fan myself - but you always manage to make my mouth water and crave some!

I had some gorgeous cheesy bites veggie pizza, was delicious, beats Tuesday's coco pops dinner by a mile!

Haha. I'm sorry lol! I'm thinking of making a Cheesecake next week, but I can't decide what though. Possibly Peanut Butter and Strawberry, just to be extra decadent

Ahh, how I miss Trader Joe's. I wish they would come to Austin, but I doubt they ever will. Whole Foods is headquartered here, and they've got the market pretty saturated (with absurdly expensive stuff).

It's an hour to the one nearest to me(Indy). I usually plan my Indy trips around a stop at TJs.
There's one in Nashville that I go to, but Tennessee's archaic laws prohibit anything but a liquor store from selling wine, so no $3 Chuck!!! They told me that TJs most likely won't expand in TN, since wine is a big part of their sales.
