yes, the avocados were just right, in fact they would have been really good with nothing on them, so I didn't add much. They didn't even need salt.

I guess they are really expanding. If I'm not mistaken, they started in the San Francisco area (or maybe southern california) and about 10 years ago there were only a few in the state.
Don't know if it's the same everywhere, but the employees are always really nice and seem to like working there. I hear they are a good employer.

Ok Carrie...I had a chicken emergency recently. I had all the fixins' for ONE more burrito...minus the chicken...so I went to the grocery store with the intent of buying some ready-made chicken of some sort - something I wouldn't have to cook for 50 minutes.
I found nothing -so I bought some fake chicken things.
I don't know how ya do it  Those things test my gag reflex like nothing else. Ok I'm not being fair -the first two or three bites were ok, I thought I could do it - then they turned on me
SO yeah...still not a fan of the fake chicken...
I make one mean chicken/avocado/low-fat green chile sauce burrito though....and that is what I had for dinner tonight...and for dessert - a pear.

Yeah - the V8...I took one drink...and I don't think I've made the face I made in a loooooong time as I've not put anything that vile in my mouth anytime in recent memory. But our Pledge Central fridge was stocked full of it - so I thought..well hey if they have it here it must be good....no. There was a fatal flaw in my line of thinking.
Anyway - the only part of the thing you'd need a recipe for is the sauce. And I can PM you that - it's my grandma's special enchilada sauce - but I use light (or fat free) everything to make it....Then I just cut up one chicken thigh (or breast) and use either 3/4 to 1/2 of an avocado - roll them up in a wrap or tortilla and bam....burrito heaven goodness.

Our GM said if we hit a certain amount there'd be beer and he didn't disapoint... Of course due to my "lifestyle change" I'm only eating 1 slice of pizza and drinking only a half cup of beer (but it's strong German stuff that's taking me a while to drink) but it's still fun.

Snack - gala apple, then a cup of vanilla chai tea.

As for myself - there is a FABulous cajun restaurant just down the street from where I live - their appetizer, Oysters Contraband, is to die for!

Last Thursday, I got an order of those, seafood gumbo, and bread pudding, which is also to die for, best I've ever had, and that includes in New Orleans!

Wendy's is my favorite fast food hamburger joint. They've closed almost all of them in San Francisco.

Mmm...if I could have my friend Mike in LA mail me some IN/OUT I would do it! I know Mike's mother, one time, overnighted some Taco House to him in Florida! haha, I couldnt believe it.

Didnt know they served it to begin with! Dave Thomas was the coolest. I wonder if maybe he had some crazy scheme in his will regarding his ashes being spread throughout millions of Wendys burgers.

I am addicted to candy. I mean, doctor says Type 2 diabetes by age 35-40 if I dont reel it in a bit. Anyway...that being said, I enjoy gummies of all types. I love the Haribo bears. Haribo also made this extremely chewy line of colored frogs that were the best EVER. havent had those in a few years though.

Well I never worked fast food. He used to tell me all of his gross exploits. He also worked at McDonalds and did the same thing. He of course, only did this when some customer pissed him off. Granted, lots of actual "nice" customers got damaged in the process.
