I don't see driving around town after taking 3 Valium a harmless indulgence. You could have hurt someone besides yourself. You can justify your overuse of your prescription drugs all you want, but dont expect me to pretend it's all good, because it's not.

Fair enough. Above I corrected myself when you pointed out what could be perceived as hypocrisy. And you're totally right in that being an alcoholic is just as bad as being a drug addict. Both are harmful addictions.

You're also right that I have a lot of failings. If someone pointing them out helps me to see them and work on them, then that's a good thing. I realize I'm not better than you or anyone else here.

I know I'm telling you things you don't want to hear. I'm sure there's lots of people in the thread who agree with you and are shaking their heads at preachy Nancy. But I haven't spent hours and hours talking to those people, even when they've been in pretty bad shape. I haven't heard the scary things those people have done time and time again while high. I'm sure you're not the only one with problems, but your problems are the ones I'm familiar with, and you're the one I took the time to "talk" to about it. And at first you seemed to react pretty decently, until the other night and the Valium incident. Then you started to be overtly hostile. Fine. I'd rather you hate me for telling you the truth than like me for pretending that I'm cool with you hurting yourself or others.

The hair was so fascinating to everyone. I'd be like, "it's just my hair, chill" but I did like the attention, hehe.


I rocked the curly hair too until I was about four, then I got stuck with this lousy "I can't make up my mind whether I want to curl, wave, or be straight" ****.


Mine grew out about that time too, I think just because it was long enough that its own weight pulled out the curl. It has been wavy/curly/frizzy ever since. :rolleyes: I can get a nice curl but product is necessary. Thank god for it, really.

I love my kindergarten picture, that was when it got pretty long and I looked like a little lady instead of a baby. And my eyes were huge compared to my face. I'll have to get that picture.
