For a chuckle or two, go read the Amazon.com reviews of Star Jones new book here. So far 21 of the 32 reviews give it one star. The posts have titles like "Give me a break", "Is she serious?", and "There goes my lunch".

"Shine" ranks as one of the greatest books in my entire library. I am going to get so much mileage out of that things for years to come. A couple of friends and I each bought copies and have been having a blast coming across great new passages and calling each other up to giggle.

She took down the ability to comment. After all the Haterade that immediately came, she deleted the blog entirely, then put it back up with comments disabled.

I wouldn't be expecting many more blog entires in the future, either, which is a shame. If her post touting her placement on the Amazon charts was any indication, that **** was gearing up to be divine.

She's going on a book tour and if she comes to Boston, I'm so going to get my copy signed. That sow had better be prepared to take a photo with me, too.
