I wish she would omit the verbal crutch "thing" from her vocabulary. If she's the poet she thinks she is, you'd hoped she could find more descriptive words. Even in her lyrics, she sometime uses weak generic terms, where a better word would strengthen the lyric.

Here are a few:

-"Lindsey"
-"Every once in a while, a song comes along that you did not write"
-"Rhiannon rings like a bell thru the night... YOU FINISH IT!"
-"And now, to help me out with this classic hit, please welcome Miss TAYLOR SWIFT!"
-"ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I'VE ROCK AND ROLLED!"

Michele
Here it goes..."This next song is from our new record Say You Will...it's the song itself, Say You Will..."

a bit awkard but Stevie may it sound charming nonetheless

Oh, I also don't want to hear Stevie talk about how we can all save the music business by going to cafes and having a revolution. WTF was that nonsense all about??!
Kind of like...who cares...shut up and sing?

I really dig her rambling...she get excited...and its neat because you see and hear the woman...in all her hilarity, oddity, human...emotional, loving etc...the person that keeps writing for the things money can't buy?
Stevie, to whom do you cry...when people are unkind? And yet you still dance across the stages of the world...Sweet Girl.

I couldn't tell if you were being sarcastic here or not but if you were being serious that was beautifully stated! You articulated that so well and I couldn't agree more. I love when she talks. It's such a different "voice" than we hear singing and shows a side we don't often get to see (as in what it would be like to have a conversation and hear Stevie Nicks talk to you). I would be crushed if she said nothing but band intros the whole show.

Thank you Sapphire Sister. Slamming Stevie as a human being makes me sad.
