Meowi, I LOVE your new Avatar! Loved Daria and especially Trent!

Also, I must agree with John. What if they were just meeting at Stevie's condo to drive to some unknown location or soundstage? Or all three!

I don't know if she ever actually sold it, but this is what she said in 2007:

She shares the house with her god-daughter, who is in her early twenties, and who lives in the guesthouse above the garage. Nicks has lived here for two years, and it was a mistake, she says, from day one. So she is moving to a penthouse apartment on the beach and the house is on the market.

'I saw it, and there was this big family living here that obviously loved it. So there was a vibe here. And something in me thought, maybe I can have that. I was not here three days before I thought, what the hell do I here? I was too shallow and stupid to realise that it wasn't the house I'd fallen in love with but the mom and the dad and the four kids, and the smells of the cooking.' She sighs. It is, she reflects, a house 'for adults. And even though I'm pushing 60 I don't feel that I'm that old yet.'

I think it is dumb to spend time worrying about "album" sales because the whole music industry has changed. I think the sales figures for Stevie's album are going to be low and that fans here are going to go apesh*t..When I really do not think that "album sales" represent anything at all anymore.

In college, I get exposed to a large and diverse amount of music almost every weekend. When one of my friends asks me if I have heard this song by so and so, they immediately go to youtube or play the song from their Ipod that they have downloaded illegally.

Album sales mean squat in 2011 folks. Music is exposed through the internet these days. Just because the billboard numbers might be low does NOT mean that people aren't listening or enjoying her album.
Excellent post The music world has changed so much in regards to what is perceived to be a benchmark on good, bad, or excellent CD sales/exposure. Things go viral now and by "liking" a web site or article or sharing a link. It still would be cool though if Stevie did pull off some acceptable sales figures though on the CD. Would be like an extra present in the XMAS stocking though.

Thanks. I'm sure since she wanted people to know when she purchased it she would also want them to know when she sold it...

She did hate the house after she bought it. But it is no longer on the market and most of Dave's movie and most of the recording of the new record took place in this house. Now she loves the "vibe" of the house. The Cheaper than Free video was shot there as well.

Whoot! Dave seems to like to reply to certain people. You, Dani, and several others get replies. He used to reply to me sometimes, but he hasn't in months. I guess I'm on his **** list

I was surprised he responded to me yesterday about he and Stevie playing small venues when I asked him if he was teasing meaning on the screen and not the stage he said "on stage"... I'll believe it when I see it but at least it's hopeful.
