What you're not considering is that it is being shared on here. This is a group of people who are very, very likely to go and buy the song anyway. It's not like it's on youtube in its entirety or anything.

I was charged $13.99 and still have not received a link for the download. If I go to the preorder page now, it shows a charge of $12.99 and a not that the free download is being added to your cart.

I emailed WB to see what they are going to do about it.

i agree.
people here are most likely going to go and buy MULTIPLE copies of this new album.
Some people order preordered and couldnt get workable links
i think if it's just shared amongst REAL fans. fine.
if someone goes and posts this ***** on tumblr or another public site
that is something else

I'm sure everyone here will buy the album, but the more people who have access to it, the more likely it is that along the line someone who has no intention of buying it will have access to it. Truth is, the guidelines for the board don't say it's OK to post commercial stuff as long as you are planning on buying the album.
