I'm a bit shocked that they're passing on the third most populous metropolitan area in the US. and Canada.

Thanks SO MUCH!

Sahara · #**454** 01-13-2011, 01:25 PM

See the little dance Rod does at the end? That's what I'm doing inside

This is too much, guys.

BTFLCHLD · #**455** 01-13-2011, 01:47 PM

she's getting a little long in the tooth to play ditzydoll.

did anyone notice rod's head fallback to hide the obvious eyeroll?

No problem, guise. I know what it is like to not be able to watch something, just living in Canada there are still a lot of stations I don't have access to, such as VH-1 Classic for example. Or just VH-1. I still haven't seen the new Behind The Music episode for the Mac!

Thoughts on Stand Back:

-- Poor girl hasn't a clue what to do with her hands without a shawl, too cute!
-- New jacket? Love the shoulders -- very trendy!
-- Very sassy and energetic, especially the last 30 seconds or so.
-- Hands on hips pose? Omigod

-- Air guitar ftw!

Very very impressed as well.

Stevie looks much happier and her outfit looks much more contemporary whilst retaining the mystical image.

Maybe we were all being a little over critical, I can gather now that the sole reason for being on Ellen was to promote this mini tour and not her album. In the light of that she did fantastic.

The publicity for her album will come in time.

Well said, though a mention of the album wouldn't have hurt! That being said, good point.

Well maybe it would have hurt, because if she only just mentioned it in one sentence it would appear to be a half baked announcement. I think we should all wait untill she gets the right oppertunity.

They did announce it on Ellen. Ellen said "stevie has a new cd coming out in May...toward the very end"
