Lillith Fair is bombing, I think that's a sign there only a very small market for all-female festivals.

As for the festival, the idea does sound nice on paper, but it'd be hard to say how it'd be if it acutally went down.

A lot of dates have been cancelled and several big names like Carly Simon, Norah Jones and Kelly Clarkson have pulled out. In the 90's the festival was a great succes but the 2010 revival is not doing great at all. I imagine "Nicksfest" is very similair in artists and crowd, so that's why I think it's a bad idea.

Screw Ozzfest, my ninjas. What Stevie needs to do is just headline Ladies' Night during the Gathering of the Juggalos:
Someone get Gallagher, Tone Loc, and Coolio on the phone! We got some MIRACLES to create! WHOOP WHOOP! On a more serious note, though, I don't know how successful a Nicksfest would end up being, but a great compromise would be if we could get Stevie to be curator for All Tomorrow's Parties some day. THAT would be awesome and entirely do-able.
