It really confusing me when people think something like this could actually be real. You have to remember this is STEVIE NICKS we are talking about.

I Googled the foundation and found nothing hours ago, which made me go hmmm. Then while in my doctor's waiting room, it occurred to me that Lady Ga Ga is the hottest thing in the universe right now, the odds of her sharing her time for a Stevie project are poor, even if they were both Liz Rosenberg clients.
I had never heard of December Fools' jokes, and I'm slow on the uptake today. So score, you got me.

He played guitar for Roger Waters alongside Snowy White until he was replaced by Dave Kilminster!

A great player, but look at his "guitar faces", especially from 5:40 onwards!! Obviously he doesn't come close to David Gilmour though...

a word to the (not so) wise: if iamnotafraid posts a "hot off the presses" rumor, um, don't believe it?

Thanks Carrie!

I'm glad you remember me breaking the news on Stevie's Soundstage
CD and DVD's.

Carrie's always got my back.

You can bet that a certain guitar player is a little miffed about being cut
from the show. Stevie didn't like how her duet turned out with" _______
__________ " and she shelved it. Maybe he will get another chance next
year.

Wow... You actually pulled me out of "lurk" for this one ...

I actually believed it for a moment -- and Doyle Bramhall II? Wow. That would've been very interesting and cool.

Also, I have to say, Bramhall wasn't exactly "replaced". He has many projects and was playing (still plays) with Eric Clapton and could not continue playing with Waters on the next tour he did.

Trust me on this. My husband is a freak about Bramhall and I'm a fan as well.

But.. well...would've been cool! Very funny - especially if Lady gaga would've actually done a song with Nicks. THAT would've been even more interesting........... and funny.

Glad I got you out of the "lurking mode".
Doyle Bramhall II...one great guitarist!
He needs to put out another solo album.

If enough people contacted Liz Rozenberg at [email protected] and
copied the opening message of this thread to her, you might be surprised to
find out what's truth and what's not............if you dare.

I'm relieved...mostly because there's no way I would've convinced my family to watch this on Christmas Eve. Also...the Lady Gaga thing.

Why?

BTW, there have been clues to this special since 1985.
Ever notice the dress she wore on the Rock A Little cover?
I could say more, but it would make it too easy for you all.
But there are clues!
