I got an email from PayPal too but collecting the refund may prove a little tricky...

I am still angry with Bear. She had more than *two* *years* to finish or refund my order and she did *nothing* but leave me hanging in the dark.

Ah, well. Soon enough this bitter chapter will be closed, and life will spring anew from the scarred and ashen spirit-ground...and I can put the money I 've been setting aside for the lawsuit towards something happier, like that electric harp I've been dreaming of...

I thank you all for your help and support in this trying time...

I have to admit, I'm glad she has responded to some of you. I hope more will follow soon. I feel that she may have gone through something very personal and troubling but I do understand the frustration and anger many of you would feel for the behavior behind it. If she can pay everyone back, while she won't garner much loyal business, at least she can come relatively "square again", by coming through with refunds vs. nothing at all.

I often have thought this too. I knew of her online for a long time before this and it seemed so out of character. Perhaps her mom was sick for a while. At any rate, I'm glad she's at least trying to set things right.

i have had nothing but good dealing w/ bear~ i am sorry this happened to some of you~ i was thinking there had to be a reason for all of this~ i hope everyone gets everything resolved~

Aaah, I understand! Sorry...it first sounded a bit strange to me. I hope that all the people who ordered any outfits from Bear will get their refunds. I never had problems with her and I couldn't have any because I never ordered. Maybe it turns out in a good way.

I agree! I'm glad she's coming through. It's better late than never and at least she is putting forth an effort to reconcile past damages. I realize that this still may not be comforting to some of you but it's much 'easier' to continue to hide. At any rate, perhaps this will absolve some of the past deeds and for those who get refunded, I'm glad you got your money back!

Even in defeat this woman causes me aggravation! You should see the hoops I'm having to jump through just to get a PayPal account in order to retrieve the money. I didn't need one to send the money in the first place. Why they can't just refund it to the credit card and be done with it...ugh. What a headache.

I think it's verrry unfortunate that this thread was started two years ago, and people still had issues with her! Geesh! It really was as simple as just giving people their money back, but this lady must have some serious issues or something.

Well for the record, me too, she shipped the two orders I placed in a reasonable time, one even rushed, and I was happy with the clothing. But I wouldn't order again until I know things are straightened out.

yeap they charge you $1.50 to get a check from them and it takes up to 2 weeks to get it .Im waiting on my check now 1 week down
