Just looking for information on this lady, of www.designsbybear.com or formerly www.brandisdream.com.

I'm not looking to rock the boat or do damage to anyone's reputation, I'm just curious to know has anyone ordered items from this website, as I've ordered things and have been having some trouble chasing them down.

Reputable? Reliable?

I've heard that it isn't the easiest transaction when ordering from Bear (is that her real name?), but that the product is good. I guess it depends on how much in a rush you are to have the product and if you're a patient person. I do know that everything seems to be handmade and I can understand that taking a while sometimes...and I'm sure she gets overloaded at times.

I will say, and this is just my opinion, that after looking over her website I decided not to order anything from her. I got a very weird vibe from reading her FAQ's and got the sense that it would end up being more trouble than it's worth. The idea is to convince people to order from you, not scare them off.

Someone who posts on the seven wonders board had some problems though I do think she has received her items now. She is EnchantedStevie over there

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing from her years ago and never received anything after repeated e-mails. My money was never returned either. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered some of the "rumours outtake photos" from her on e-bay. The auction ended in december, I got them about a week ago. the end of FEB

In the item description, they were described as "not exacally crystal clear" THAT WAS MORE THAN AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO SAY THE LEAST.

I was pretty frustrated, cause I really was excited to see thiese. There was one "not so crystal clear" one of stevie that looked like it would be really beautiful.

Thanks for heads on up on this..I have looked a few times at her web site and considered ordering ..now I am really glad I did'nt.. and can I just say how Jealous I am of the previous 2 posters Pictures!!

i have never bought any of her clothing, but i have purchased some of her stevie stuff & it took a month to receive, but she did send me some cool xtras for the delay

last year my neice ordered a handmade "rhiannon" dress for her prom from her...and got it quickly...with leggings and all... so who knows... all i know is the dress was drop dead beautiful!

Personally, the fact that someone ordered $200 worth of clothing and never recieved it overshadows ANY good service she may provide. Wow, that is awful!

Well, my order was in that sort of league as well .... I'm getting really worried at this stage, she's stopped replying to my emails.

I ordered the Dance shirt and Rhiannon skirt in 2000 and it took about 3 months to get my order. I wasn't happy with her customer service BUT I was very happy with her product.

Hey guys - long time no talk! I ordered a Rhiannon chiffon skirt and a velvet and lace top for the Vegas shows last year. I ordered way too close to the date my plane left, but she got the outfit here on time and it is perfectly fine with the exception of the elastic in the waistband being twisted. It looks great and she did a wonderful rush job.

Sorry to hear others have had troubles.
