i do too~ i have always been lucky to do wonderful business w/ bear when buying stevie collectibles from her, i have never had her custom make me anything & it makes me sad that people have had trouble w/ her in that regards~

I've recently been informed that I *do* have grounds to sue Bear in my home province, though the lady I spoke to didn't think it'd be worth the effort as there's no real way of making Bear pay. She thinks the Decatur Police might be the better way to go.

I'm going to contact a lawyer to discuss the next move...

I ordered my outfit from bear in Jan boy what a mistake. I have turned her into the bbb and the FBI internet fraud this is getting old I wish I would have seen this before I ordered from her

Yeah well, when this Bear girl was on that show, she told everyone on camera that it takes her about a day or two to get a whole outfit done. I think the wise thing to do is to take her to small claims court and get your money back. What Bear needs to do is act like a buisness woman and to answer one email at a time to tell people when it will be done, then she should take a picture of what it looks like when it's done, then people should send her the money for it, and then she should send everyone their package. That's what I would do. One order at a time and to always keep in touch. But what she's doing is booking a whole bunch of orders at the same time and charging people at the same time and making one item of clothing at the same time. That's problably why it's taking so long. But I would consider suing her for the money that you've sent her and keep your bank and credit card statements to prove that you've been charged, and you've never recieved it. Also keep your emails she's sent you. I watch enough Judge Judy to know what to do. LOL! Judge Judy Rocks!

It's been about 5 years...and I'm still waiting for the outfit I ordered from her!!! I highly recommend that you do not deal with her. Although she is talented, she is a horrible business person and rips off many of her customers.

Five Years! You could have gotten a doctorate in Psychology faster! This is really pitiful. How much money did you send her? And the fact that she was on that show a few years back hawking her merchandise makes it even worse. I say all you guys get together and go look for her! Im serious all of you get together, fly to her town and canvas the trailer parks. And when you find her you should tar, feather and brand her! Brandie's Dream my ass. I can't see how she sleeps at night let alone dream.
