Ew. I wonder how much of that weight was water loss due to dehydration. Gross. I assume this is similar to the diarrhea people report from eating sugar-free candy?



I'm doing OK. No parasites here. Miraculously, I didn't gain any significant amount of weight over the holidays. My PT has finally allowed me to put chest presses back into my routine, so that's a good thing. Still can't do much else as far as weights go, so I try to keep my cardio up with the elliptical 4 or 5 times a week.
