How goes the diet?

Still on track, I'm happy to say. Had to exchange a few things at Kohl's last week & got a sweater, a dress (both size small) and pants (size 6!) It's surreal to me, I still find myself shopping for larges & size 12/14 sometimes - I have to remind myself that I wear a different size now.

Hit the elliptical this morning, felt great. My PT is finally allowing me to increase my hand weights from 3# to 5# (whhopee ) so that's something. New season of The Biggest Loser started last night too, which inspires me & makes me want to continue on this path. I love that show.
