I won tickets to a Color Me Badd concert in 6th or 7th grade - for being on the honor roll.

I remember being completely disgusted. Some other kid got a Sonic gift cert. and I wanted that

I ended up giving the CMB tickets to a friend or something. I HATED them.

Man Kath! all of that makes me gag. I suppose we all have that soft spot for the things we first hear. I even have the Wilson Phillips debut album. Yeah. Frightening.

i was born in the 70's so that is what we listened too in my house. i am also a fan of amy grant's but i didn't know who she was then. i wasn't familiar with fleetwood mac and stevie til the 80's when i was in school.

Time has chipped away at my Reba love. She scares me now with all of that plastic surgery. Also because of her steadfast support of the Dubya...but let's not go there.

Crystal Gayle has one of the most beautiful voices, imo. Her songs are definitely on the cheesy side, but the purity of her voice makes me love them anyway.

Good luck on getting to your 600th post, by the way. You're really chatting up a storm here today.
