Cow Palace is a major ****hole, though. Although I know the reason why (dirt cheap rent), I find it funny that the event isn't at the Oracle Arena out in Oakland. What a missed opportunity for corporate synergy!

You know what sucks for you is that Pat Benatar scheduled a show there for October 2 and now it's cancelled...

wow...that bites the big one. ryan, i'm sure she'll reschedule -- especially since she and neil live in the state. their current tour is scheduled into mid-october so i'm sure there's a chance.

No kidding. I wonder if her romance with the Apple computer guy is just a publcity stunt? She is funny as hell though.

Nah, I don't think she will. She's working on an acoustic album of her singles. Her and Neil actually live in Hawaii too. She'll be around next summer and she usually just plays where she wants without planning a tour so maybe she'll pop up in the spring.
