i never dealt w/ your store, because of my dealings w/ you on ebay under the different names you have used, which were mytimelesstreasures & stevienickstreasures~ & i speak the truth about those dealings along w/ the stevie nicks "picture/photoclub" you used to have online~


& for the record i NEVER said anything about liking you or not, i just don't like being ripped off is all~

I changed my user ID on eBay from StevieNicksTreasures, to MyTimelessTreasures, as I was not only selling "Stevie Nicks" items, and now it is Enchanted Mirror, as that is my online (non eBay) store. I never signed up another account, it was always me, under the same account, and changing your USER ID on eBay is always allowed, and people can always find you, if they look up your previous name, and then they are shown your new one.
I am never hard to reach, either by eMail or phone, all that info is available in my stores, and I return calls or eMails the same day!
So, what is it exactly that you say you ordered from me on Ebay and never received? Or from the photo club, that you never received?
I am more than happy to send you something that is owed, according to my records, I do not have anything owed to you, Jill, on eBay or otherwise.
I realize you do not care for me, and that is fine, but I do not wish false statements posted about my business dealings. I have over 4,000 POSITIVE feedbacks on eBay, and that speaks for itself.
I am more than happy to send you something that I may have overlooked that is owed to you, but, as I said, according to my business records for the past 10 years, I do not have you on file as not receiving anything paid for, so please correct me if that is wrong, and I will fix that ASAP for you.

hhmmmmmmm let's see remember the "wild heart" 3-d photo repro i had that YOU e-d me to get a copy of in return for 1 of your shirts that you used to make?, i sent the pic immediately to you & still no t-shirt & that was in 2004 during the SYW tour~ also my friend jean signed up for the photoclub thingy as a gift for me~ it's an every month thing, for a year, costing her 100.00, we received 3 shipments from you & the pics WERE pixelated pics printed out on your ebson printer, hell i still have the business card that you sent me from that business~ so as i said this is not a like or dislike thing, i have never said anything about YOU PERSONALLY, but business w/ you hasn't been in my best interest ~ that is my honest thought on the subject, sorry if my words don't go the way you want, & btw i have a buttload of feedback also @ 100%~

If I remember correctly my Dad paid through a credit card through Paypal...we called them...filed a claim through them...we also filed with an internet fraud website (can't rembmer what it was, my dad still has the papers)...Before I even ordered from her I emailed her asking questions about the outfits...but as soon as she got the money I never heard anything back....this is pissing me off just typing right now ARGH!!!

No, I am sorry, I honestly don't know what "3-d photo repro" you mean, I have dealt with hundreds of people over the past ten years, and I cannot remember each transaction individually. I don't even know who YOU are? Just by "Jill"? I looked up records of payments by anyone named Jill, and do not have anything that has not been completed, so I am sorry, I am lost.
Everyone from the Photo Club received 12 months of photos, and if you were signed up by someone else, and not happy with your photos, I am so sorry about that.
I do not own an Epson printer.
I never received ANY complaints from ANY member of the years ago photo club.
In any case, I do not wish to argue with you, and I will take this time to apologize to you, if you were unhappy with any transaction with me, that was never my intent. I wish you all the best.

I tried going to PayPal earlier this year. They said they had a 60-day limit on filing claims (or some other b.s. to that effect). I tried the credit card company too - their limit was 30 days and the woman I spoke to wondered aloud why I even bothered calling them at that point (while she may have had a point, I still think that that was just a tad rude). The impression they both left me with was that because I'd taken so long to start complaining, I was on my own. Same goes for when I talked to the local police.

My family filed a report with an online fraud company called RECOL back in...January, I think it was. Don't know what good that'll do - they're supposed to be a joint venture of the national and regional police forces. I called the local police information line to update the file a few weeks later and they said they had nothing to do with RECOL. I couldn't even get back into the original online complaint to amend it and there wasn't a help number in sight.

Ah well. I'll sort this out somehow.

She's fine. I had a friend send her an enquiry and she responded within three hours saying she'd be happy to take on a new order. I'm going to make one last direct appeal to her about my own order and we'll see what happens. If she responds, great. If not...

I sent Bear one last email telling her that I want the order cancelled and a full refund issued. I told her if she continued to ignore me she'd force me to file charges against her in court (I believe I have enough evidence to make a case) and I gave her 48 hours to respond.

So now I wait...
