I think he can be very feminine at times. That's how I interpret the eyelash batting, anyway.

Oh, I know!! It's too cute. I noticed in the "Destiny Rules" documentary when Stevie is talking to him towards the end, when they're still debating over who is going to mix her songs (something like that) and she says she'll try out his guy and he's like, "Just do that and nothing else" he is TOTALLY batting his eyelashes at her the whole time. And he does that thing with his lips where he's kind of pursing/pumping them up and doing the little half-smile...uh, that's a Lindsey thing. If I had the capability of capturing it for everyone to see, I'd do it and you would so see what I'm talking about.
