Yeah - well I told myself that I was going to eat a donut. And I had one staked out. Then in a moment of weakness I went to get it - it was gone. A sign...for sure - that was the second time the donut I wanted was gone

So instead I had a fat-free yogurt w/ low-fat graham crackers - only 3 WW points. And it was just as good as a donut
