I've got LAs Vegas 10/05/05 Disk 1 (but i think i've got disk two as well)

I've only got a 50mg file of Las Vegas 14/05 & 80mb of Phili and they consist of jumpy snippets with some weird drugged out pixel thing happening

BUT the videos look REALLY good so thats a shame i didn't get those!

And with the ribbons, feathers things, i got her rose petals and her set list at two of the fmac shows...

It does seem to be something she plays with and keeps her occupied, probably calms her too.

Fado singers traditionally wear black shawls, and they often grasp and twist the fringe. Stevie's shawl wearing and ribbon twisting reminds me of this, although you wouldn't find a fado singer with a bezillion ribbons.

Few of them use mics anyway.

And they don't rock.

Also, they sing in Portuguese.

In one of Cory's journal entries she talks about this, how it's her job to put the ribbons/rosary/roses on Stevie's stand and how she takes pride in doing it well. She then mentions one show where it's too windy to put the ribbons on and that she ended up laughing all night watching Stevie reach for ribbons that weren't there! So, I definitely think that while it might have started as something for looks along, it's now turned into a way for her to feel more comfortable on stage.

I recall reading in an article that she said she likes playing with them, that it gives her something to do while she is singing .
