A. You can establish a trust in a state other than the one the real estate is held.

B. There is no way to know what any person would name a trust they establish. They can choose whatever they want. So, to imply you searched all possible names is impossible....Stevie, Lindsey or anyone else could have Trusts established that you cannot find online.

C. Plenty of people do not even use lawyer's to create a Trust..they use an accountant, a banker or they could even do it themselves.

you are absolutely right!

so then how would you (or whoever did the searching for you) have known if any alleged love shack belongs to stevie and/or lindsey? do you know all of the names they use for trusts?

Gosh, I feel like I am missing something here....I have read all the pages of this thread and I am still sitting here scratching my head....

All I can gather is someone is saying they have information, but not sharing any details or (confirmations if details would be too disclosing). Yet, the people on the forum are chasing this carrot being waved in front of them....but there really isn't anything there...so I just don't get it....its like everyone is chasing a "ghost through a fog".....or did I miss something???

As far as the trust goes...I told everyone in my post how to find the trust name, then I was told not to post the link to the public record site, because there are crazy people out there, crazy people who are not internet savy, and on one hand I agree with that (which is why I pulled it), but on the other hand if someone is that crazy and obsessed all they have to do is stand at any street corner in Paradise Valley and say "hey where does Stevie Nicks live?" and anyone would tell you.....same goes with California....her name and address is on the "star maps".....

What am I missing here? Can someone set me straight because I can't see what all the hub-bub is about....

personally... I don't want or even have any NEED to know the answers to the questions that have been asked of the person dangling the carrot... the things i have posted are more to challenge the ridiculous claims she has made. i know that she doesn't know what she's talking about, much of what she has posted is wrong, and i find it somewhat amusing that she continues to post these silly things she has fabricated. who knows? maybe someone is pulling her leg and telling her these stories just to watch her post it, thinking it's true, and have all of us call bullsh*t on her. if that's the case, she needs to reconsider her source.
