I'm pretty sure that Robertson has broken the law but I doubt he will be charged with anything. I think asking to have someone assasinated falls outside the boundries of free speech.

Some idiot on Fox said what Robertson said was "silly" and no one would take it seriously.

I mean, I dont know if the guy should be taken out or not, maybe he should, but for a well known religious figure to utter something like that just amazes me

I thought it was hilarious that Chavez suggested selling discount oil to underprivileged Americans the other day. Plus, his assessment of Robertson's comment: "Who is Pat Robertson?"

Last time they tried to take him out he filmed it with a video camera so they couldm't deny they tried to do it.
