I can see it now:
'Space/Time Continuum: The Second Best Of Stevie Nicks,' in stores now. Featuring the new single, "Welsh Beotch," featuring Nelly and L'il Kim, with Master P. and L'il Romeo, guest-starring Snopp Dogg & L'il Bow-Wow, and written by Fiddy & Diddy.

"Rhiannon blings like a ho in the night, and wouldn't you love to pimp her...."

I hope it never comes to that, Johnny! I would just die! (ala Jack from W&G).

Me too, Sparkelah, me too.

More and more though I really am wondering if there's a GOOD reason why she put off recording a new album, when all signs pointed to the fact that she was writing again and ready to head back into the studio.

Maybe her and Lindsey actually plan to make good on their claims of wanting to write a new Mac album together from the ground up? And she's biding her time while he finishes up his solo album?

Of course, I guess we should keep in mind that not a single bit of this info... the Vegas shows, the new "best of," the tour with Henley... has been confirmed yet. So we still have to wait and see if any or all of it actually happens.

Omg that's too funny

But seriously why Don Henley? Go alone! She certainly has enough material to do that...grrr. I dont want to sit through Don Henley when I paid to see her...

The Vegas shows have been confirmed by both Taku and Jana Anderson. Taku will not be a backing player in Vegas due to the fact that he will have missed rehearsals for the shows while in Australia wrapping up Bette's tour. Jana will be backing Stevie once again and said the Vegas show dates are probably the second week of May. As far as summer tour, she said Vegas was all she knew about so far.

Marissa, do you happen to know if the Vegas dates are just going to be Stevie herself or is Don going to be on the bill also?

That I have no idea. I would assume (and hope) Stevie by herself but i'm honestly not positive. Hopefully we'll get the official word from her people soon so we can all set our plans into motion.

I only wish, in case the rumours were true, Stevie'll do also some dates in late September or October, because it would be a mess for me trying to come to see her before then. I find strange this Greatest Hits idea, mostly because she said she was writing songs for a solo album. Are they for the new FM cd then? Or will she include some of them in the GH? This at least could make her sing some of them live. Oh well... too many questions yet. About Henley, I guess I'll bring some crosswords for his parts of the concert.

I for one and really excited to hear about a possible Stevie tour this summer. I dont care who she tours with as long as she makes a stop in Pittsburgh or at least somewhere within 5 hours from here.

I for one am excited at the prospect of a summer tour.....I saw Henley once and although he didn't do anything for me, I would absolutely go see her even if she was with him. Who cares who she is with? In a few years we might not see her tour anymore, so I'll take what I can get now...with all of you whining and crying there will be a better chance of me getting great seats....

I simply don't understand the logic of people blasting this....

It wouldn't surprise me if a guest star showed up one of the 4 nights, it being Vegas and all. Sounds like these shows are just Stevie by herself, though, separate from whatever touring plans are in the works for summer.

Anything new with Stevie is good news to me...I think this is probably something that has been discussed, but not decided on yet..

Possibly shes planning a tour in PART with Don Henley as well as some solo shows..I wouldnt be surprised about this BEST OF STEVIE solo thing, I've been expecting it..Just like Fleetwood Mac's VERY BEST, sold a good amount--because so many ppl who bought the 1988 one may not have it anymore, forgot---whatever...

I for one would NOT be happy if Stevie was the opener for the show though..Id rather them do a real duet show if they are gonna do it..use the same backup band, join for some songs, and do some together...nice 3 hr show
