You'd think that it would have surfaced by now, if it existed.

That song was the perfect candidate for a great, lengthy tour de force club remix.
Yup.

Johnny Stew will explain just why he thinks the song is greatness.
Then CarneVaca and Gaius will say how useless Stevie was in the mid 80s.
Then a debate will start up on who is better, Stevie or Lindsey and 40 pages later nothing will be resolved!
Let’s just say a lot of people don’t like this song, but there are plenty of people who do.
Different strokes for different folks and all that.
Okay?
LOL! Ain't that the truth!!!

Yeah, gotta agree here. They BOTH suck!

Yeah, I was surprised to hear that song dissed. We all have our tastes, of course, but IMHO that's my fourth favorite.
My breakdown of Tango, for the small number of people who might care what I think:
Favorite: Little Lies
Pretty good - Big Love, Seven Wonders, Caroline, TITN, Everywhere
Tolerable - Mystified, Isn't It Midnight, You and I Part II
Absolutely wretched: WTTR....S, WISYA, and Family Man.

Obviously not my favorite album.

"Dusty fury on the mountaintop" - I love that! OK, perhaps some of the other lines are a little "get out the rhyming dictionary and find something that works"-sounding, but that one is great, IMHO.

Ummmm...and "Little Lies"??

And here's MY breakdown of Tango, for an even LESS number of people who might care what I think:

Wonderful: Big Love, Everywhere, Isn't It Midnight, Mystified, Little Lies
Pretty good: Caroline, Tango In The Night, Family Man
So-so: Seven Wonders, You and I, Part II
BARELY Tolerable in the BEST mood: When I See You Again
Absolutely wretched under any circumstance: Welcome To The Room...Sara
Should've made the album: You & I, Part I, Book Of Miracles, Down Endless Street
Glad it was only a B-side: Ricky

My favorite. I meant to put it at the top.... ah well. Duly edited.

P.S. I also added in Everywhere (hint, hint).

With these I agree. You may now rest easy.

Let me add to that:
Should've made the album: Juliet (of course this would mean BOM stays off) and Joan of Arc.

Poor Dougb - you had no idea ! Now ask why people don't like WISYA. Then some real fur will fly.

I'm no fan of the WTTR...S. Like I have said before, the lyrics are incoherent, the vocal is off. Sounds like she thoughtlessly strung lyric scraps of ten different songs together. I think it is one of her three worst songs ever. But, of course others love it !

I seriously don't understand how can you survive being the owner of that number of versions of that piece of crap. It's the most HORRENDOUS song ever recorded by anyone related with Fleetwood Mac in any possible way, a terrible shame on the people who accepted that Lindsey just had to put it on the album, and a pity for me because I bought the album and I hate that thing.

Ah, rant of the day... Feels so good.

I might as well take my turn and do my fast analyisis of Tango songs... for the infinitely small number of people who actually care...

Favorite - Isn't It Midnight
Very good - Little Lies, Big Love, Seven Wonders, Everywhere
Good - Tango In The Night, Mystified
Blah - You And I Part II, Welcome To The Room... Sara, When I See You Again
Bad - Caroline
Astonishingly bad - Family Man

Except for "Book Of Miracles/Juliet" which should have been added to the setlist, I don't think any of the other B sides was strong enough to be part of the album in the first place.

I agree, and it's a blight on the otherwise great VBOFM album.

Surely you're joking. That travesty "No Questions Asked" is on it, you know. One of her worst songs.
