Spin off: phrases you hate

So instead of words you hate, are there any phrases that people use that you hate?

My top two hated are:

Your ass is grass...I HATE when people say that..it annoys the crap outta me!

Move it or lose it....lose what!?! I hate that phrase as well...

Ugh..that's the worst....the phrase is bad enough...but when you add the "and I'm a lawn mower" to it....it bugs me even more...

"That's the bomb"-Try saying it at a security checkpoint in a crowded airport

"What it be"/"What it is"-WTF? Is this an idiot convention and the person saying it the emcee?

"Word up"-No sky up, Word from mouth...Ass

"Wassss up"-Nothin', but a Louisville Slugger swingin' at your head...
