So instead of words you hate, are there any phrases that people use that you hate?

My top two hated are:

Your ass is grass...I HATE when people say that..it annoys the crap outta me!

Move it or lose it....lose what!?! I hate that phrase as well...

-Not for nothin'
-Up ****s creek (to be pronounced as "crick" a la folks around here) without a paddle
-I'm out like a fat chick in dodgeball

"Wassss up"-Nothin', but a Louisville Slugger swingin' at your head...
