Default September Song
I'm gonna assume that this is a "tin pan alley" song, and wasnt actually performed by the writers.

Anyone know who else has performed this song?

Yeah, same people wrote it who wrote "Mack The Knife". (Kurt Weill & whoever)

"September Song" has been recorded so many times (a search at Amazon.com came back with 745 hits)... its not worth naming 'em all...(tried doing your own search lately, Wayne? )

A few of the more noteworthy folks who have (OTHER than Lindsey):

Rosemary Clooney
Jerry Butler
Django Reinhardt
Sarah Vaughan
Jimmy Durante
Lotte Lenya
Willie Nelson
Brook Benton
Patti Page
Nat King Cole
George Shearing
Sammy Davis Jr
Frank Sinatra
Dean Martin
Ella Fitzgerald
Dave Brubeck
Artie Shaw
Harry James
Andy Williams

I believe that particular notation is in regards to the lyrics being printed in the liner notes.
