I'm gonna assume that this is a "tin pan alley" song, and wasnt actually performed by the writers.

Anyone know who else has performed this song?

"September Song" has been recorded so many times (a search at Amazon.com came back with 745 hits)... its not worth naming 'em all...(tried doing your own search lately, Wayne? :laugh: )

I believe that particular notation is in regards to the lyrics being printed in the liner notes. :)
