I admit I was one of them, when I first read the new. Actually not just with J&C, I was angry with the whole band, including Lindsey. I didn't know what to think. It was like... Fired??? Lindsey what did you do? Stevie, another tantrum? Mick, WTF??? etc... But then more details came over time. Though I still think we don't know the complete story. Anyway when I knew they would tour with another two guys, grrr!!! Honestly, I wish J&C had told them to go to hell. In my opinion, the era of lineup changes was already over. If I didn't agree with bringing in Sheryl Crow when Christine left, I certainly didn't want them to include Mike and Neil in 2018. But well, that’s what they decided. It’s not that I condemned J&C, but I was a bit disappointed. Anyway, life is never quite what you want it to be.

In the meantime, I just watched a british doc, at my friend's home in Texas (I realized it is not including en Prime Video @Peru so I decided to watch). The Story of Fleetwood Mac. It is dated 2013 but it ends after Tango just mentioning Rick & Billy replaced Lindsey on the tour. Nothing new, the same (very summmarizrd) story + some entire videos (Albatross, Everywhere, Gypsy, YMLF live) to complete the 50 minutes. Meh.

Among those comments about Stevie and the band, Lindsey has talked very enthusiastically about the doc set to release in 2027. After having seen several (to say the least) documentaries and specials, it seems unlikely to me that this will contain interesting-new material, beyond a few previously unreleased clips or videos. Even so, it’s a nice touch and will generally be well-received, given that it coincides with the 50th anniversary of *Rumours*—which makes me think the focus will once again be on that album. I imagine die-hard fans have likely seen almost everything already. I hope I’m wrong.
