I've always wanted to know if her parents questioned her about her drug use. Not in a "very special episode" way ca. 1978, because, too late.
But any of the times they were around her when she was obviously high, like the pictures of her with her mom at the awards in '77 or onstage in '82. Or when she went home after the Rumours tour and wrote Sisters of the Moon. She's said that her parents were strict if supportive, and I can't imagine someone like Jess not bringing it up before 85/86. They must have had an opinion because Stevie said they were both worried that she was going to be this 80-lb, burnt out junkie during the lean years. She'd basically become that by the time she wrote SOTM.Why did she go to a plastic surgeon and not an ENT in '85 for the hole in her nose? Was she considering getting work done? If she had any moments before that when she thought she was going to die. I want the morbid stuff. You're Stevie ****ing Nicks, give me some drama. ![]() |
