Same here! I remember hearing Don't Stop performed by the Chuck E Cheese's band every weekend lol. I also heard Gypsy, Go Your Own Way, Little Lies and Everywhere. I liked those songs, but I didn't know who performed them.

I'm glad the success of the Rumours era lineup made it possible for me to get into all the other lineups, this band has a pretty rich and twisty-turny history.

I got interested in Fleetwood Mac because I got to like Billy Burnette's songwriting for other artists, e.g. "All I Can Do Is Dream You" for Roy Orbison.

At the time, there was no internet and any information on non-mainstream pop music was rather hard to come by in the rural area I lived in. Somehow, I found out Billy had been (or maybe still was then) playing guitar and singing for Fleetwood Mac. So I went to a record store but couldn't find any Billy on their records. At another time in a record store, I found a newly released CD by a guy with the strange name of Lindsey Buckingham who, as it said on the sticker on the cover, was a member of Fleetwood Mac. So I had a listen and liked it. The album was "Out Of the Cradle".

So because of Billy, I clicked on "post-Rumours lineup" but actually, I had a Buckingham solo album first and only after that, I was able to find a Billy Burnette CD. "Behind the Mask" was only my 3rd FM-and-related CD.
