wow - 4 songs:

Street Of Dreams
Wrong
You Do Or You Don't
Book Of Love

with 6 votes each!

(and Turn It On right behind with 5 votes!)

if it stays this way we may need to either do another poll to figure out the winner between these, or take all songs with highest number of votes against winners of some other polls into the next round.

EDIT: also noticing, with both This is the time here and Come in another poll not receiving any votes so far, that fans on these boards seem to not be that much into really rocking songs. interesting! have to say that i love these two songs and am a bit stunned at this outcome.

I went with Street of Dreams but I think I'm more likely to listen to Book of Love. It was very close. All of the other OOTC songs weren't far behind either.

Exclamation It.just.gets.more.and.more.difficult!

Sheesh! LOL

Okay, I chose YDOYD because of the "Summer Place" ending. One of my fave songs ever included in an OOTC tune is just.....awesomeness.

Surrender the Rain is another fave of mine and I had a hard time with those two, but the SP ending sealed the deal for me on this.

ha, i had to google that . wonder whether he knew that's what he was doing or it was just spontaneous and he didn't immediately realize where it came from? look at the veins on his neck while singing that!!

"After all, "You Do or You Don't" actually quotes a melodic line from "A Theme From A Summer Place." ("I always loved that song" recalls Buckingham. "It always takes me right back to 1960, and it just seemed to have the same emotional tone I was looking for")" - from here

Default This Is The Time

That song was amazing live, with each guitraist (and LB had an "army" of guitarists) getting a mini solo.

Exclamation 5-way too-close-to-call

here are ongoing poll results for Buckingham-Dashut collaborations:

You Do Or You Don't - 9
Street Of Dreams - 8
Wrong - 7
Book Of Love - 6
Turn It On - 5

since all these songs are within a vote from each other we will need to continue voting for a while longer. we need a clear 2-point lead (or difference) between songs going forward.

39 people voted so far.
