pity you didn't leave the poll results open so we can see who voted for which option... it's 12 vs 11 now, and i'm not liking it... might make a new poll - this time LB solo vs BN release. or maybe even 3-way with FM.

yes it is. either stevie or her management or her record company are to blame. since LB has the same management, that leaves either SN or WB to blame. it seems that as long as stevie is with WB she'll be charging those ridiculous ticket prices.

plenty of bands and performers who made much less money over their lifetime than stevie charge much cheaper tix, even though they are with big labels. new or newer huge bands.

of course, there's always van halen on the other side of spectrum. and some other old-timers. but stevie solo doesn't fill arenas and stadiums like these acts, and her ticket prices still seem to be on on par.

Why, so people can be condemned? You guys killed me trying to figure out who voted for what in the UK tour thread.

it's a bit different in that UK tour thread... some raw emotions there. but condemnation is way too strong of a word.

no, so that our curiosity can be satisfied - it's just interesting to see what people like, at least to me. i am somewhat surprised with the results i have already seen in the LB or BN or FM thread.

Artists don't technically set ticket prices, but expenses are figured in. The promoter/venue part is out of the artist's control.

and record company has nothing to do with recouping the price of making the record from touring.

Agree - my mistake!

Me not liking it either!

Go for it Elle - you make a 3-way and lets see who wants what!
