Ooo. That sounds nice, apart from the Bread. I tend to prefer wraps as Bread tends to bloat me up and make me feel quite ill. I haven't had Peanut Butter in ages. Might have some for Breakfast with some Lemon Jam. Om nom nom

They sell it over here. It's a bit like Lemon Curd, but the rind and Lemon pieces are present, rather than in the Lemon Curd, which is completely smooth. It goes surprisingly well with the salty Peanut.
