thanks bitches. like I told Carrie, I've been eating a breakfast bar for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine for lunch, an apple for a snack and then a Lean Cuisine for dinner with a 1/4 cup of no sugar pudding for dessert, not realizing the LC's were only like 260 calories each. I just, for some reason, haven't been looking. but I'm taking the night off from the treadmill and I'm gonna eat some chicken and a salad or something. I hope the dizziness is food-related and not something else. what else could it be? hopefully not the effin flu. is dizziness a symptom of the flu?
