Do ya really want to see a pic of my fat ass? Oh alright. This pic was taken about three years ago at my old, old job. The scan isn't very clear, so for the record that's a big black rat in my hands. His name was Hando II. One of 17 rats I've had over the years.

Her book was great IMO. A VERY large friend of mine who was formerly a size 4 read it and it made her feel so much better about herself. She is now back to a size 6 but she had her stomach resized and I am worried about her. She lost a litle over 100 pounds in a month. But, I think she will pull through okay.

I had never written to a celebrity before because I don't really feel the need to gush over them, but after I finished her book I hauled out and wrote her the most glowing letter I've ever written. And she replied. :D That book should be in ever library and bookstore, it's amazing.

I misspoke - she lost it in about four or five months - but that is still too quick and she lost about 40 in the first month.
Thanks (and Amber too :wavey: ) - she had huge issues with life. First and foremost she modelled at the same time I did - I was nothing really huge, but she had a look and was sought after. The reason for the weight gain was, I think, the result of stopping drugs. But then when she got fat, she started again. On top of all of that was she was over thirty, Jewish, and not married, which she thought of as an embarrasment - which I repeatedly told her was just STUPID. I think she will be okay - but that is alot for onbe person and there is not a whole lot anyone can do other than tell someone a few times, etc.

I think she has. I mean even though I do not smoke it, pot is one thing that is fairly innocuous, but she was way into coke and all that. That is just not for me as I have seen it literally ruin people and/or bring them to the point of death and/or hurting other people. So, I just stay away from it because of that and I do not want to go to jail

yeah, coke is bad. It easily ruins people, and it is so expensive. And if she did speed that is even worse.(although a more effective weight loss "tool" ) Anyway, I'm sure you're there for her as a friend, which is nice. :)

Did she really need the stomach surgery, Jason? I've known people who didn't need it and it wasn't pretty.
And, I feel so bad saying this, but when I was overweight as a teen, I cut out pictures of obese people from stuff like Guiness and put them on the fridge and on the cupboards. Really worked for me when I wanted a HoHo, seriously.

No, I was always active and then *boom* I blew up like the Stay Puft Man. Was fat for two years and by the time I was 15 I knew I had to lose it or I never would, so I worked my tail off. That's why I still watch what I eat and exercise whenever I can.

Oh, yeah. I guess it's that weird pre puberty weight, maybe. Omigosh, you were chubby from 12-15? yoipes. I actually poofed up pretty good then, too, but not sooo much. I was basically usually carrying from 5-10 extra lbs. Not too big a deal, but of course it bugged me. :D Plus, most of the people I knew were pretty thin. blah blah. Glad you lost it. :wavey:

well, she would try and "diet" but I would find a dozen Krispy Kremes hidden in the oven (which she NEVER used - she ate out all of the time). It worked - so that is some evidence she needed it. She tried for about five years to lose the weight to no avail. In the end, I think the surgery helped her - I just think she will take it to an extreme like she does everything else. To her credit though, she followed the surgeon's instructions to a T.

There's no Subway around here but I have Grill 417 which is this fabulous authentic Italian sub shop/pizza place/restaurant with fantastic prices and better food. The other nite I got their special with fresh mozzarella, basil, ripe tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and just a bit of capicola (I think that's what it is) all on a 12" freshly baked Italian sub roll. Uhmygawd.

 That's part of the "problem"...I do eat a lot. I end up eating more like six little meals per day than three square, and I eat a lot overall. Making a conscious effort to eat healthy, always (balance, moderation, primarily fresh homemade food, not much refined sugar or flower). And when I'm down I eat a lot of food--including junk. But I just don't gain any weight. Then I have very little muscle in the first place. I know I have no right complaining, and hope this doesn't make people want to start a flame war with me...:sorry: it's just the way I was born.
Oh my child just you wait until 34 hits you

On that site that Tiff posted, the one where they go up to her ****ing neck when she raises her arms!
And did you see Natalie Imbruglia and Minnie Driver on it? SCARY! Tara Reid is always gross, so...
yeah, i saw, but they weren't that scary to me. I knew about minnie, i think, and Natalie Imbruglia, i could give a rats ass about. Don't really like her. Besides, her nose thing was pretty subtle. Tara Reid - I feel bad for her, cause she seems kinda cool, and she's a Scorp, but she's just all kinds of messed up. And her stomach does look weird. And why couldn't she get a good boob job? You'd think it wouldn't be that hard to find a good surgeon in hollywood. Her eyes are still gorgeous, though.

I don't really know - I think it has something to do with the large number of not bisexual (but claimed to be bisexual) chicks around my freshman year of college...I had my heart torn out by a couple - and it seemed that there was this annoying trend among girls to just call themselves bisexual and I never wanted to associated with that...
Also a lot of people think bisexual=big huge slut - which I'm not :p
I just don't think that anyone falls into a simple set of labels...I think..um hey that sounds familiar ;)
Seriously though - I just like to go with what I feel..if I'm attracted to a woman I go with that - if I'm attracted to a man I go with that....I just don't get why one's sexuality has to come with an official name...

You're such a pretentious little bitch, I swear! :p I'd be willing to bet it takes you longer than it takes me to get ready in the morning.
Not in the morning, but at night? Oh yeah.

I'm so glad you said that! But you didn't answer my previous question: "What's it like to be so pretty? Is it fun? :woohoo:"

Well, he is!
I'm sitting at home talking to you nerds. It's a ball  No, seriously...I don't think of myself like that and I blush at compliments like a catholic school girl in sex ed. I'm just the dorky girl next door that follows Fleetwood Mac around and likes to sit at home, drink tea and watch reruns of Monarch of the Glen on BBC America

Ewww, that's gross. I'm not an egomaniac and I'm not self-absorbed, I just play one.
No, seriously, I hate people like that. Did I ever tell you about my friend that I told to leave me alone a couple years ago? He was so obsessed with himself that I wanted to vomit. The straw that broke my back was when he stuffed a pair of socks down his pants and admired himself in the mirror.

As are you, my dear  Everytime I see your picture, you remind me of one of my former neighbors, Maria. I wish I had a picture because you both look so similar.
Thanks, Hillary! BTW, who is your avatar??

Yeah, you told me, I think. What a fricking tool! How sick! God, I hope he was at least funny!
I am an ego maniac and self absorbed, I just play that I'm not!!! JK - I just wanted to make that joke, I'm really not either. At least not too much more than normal. If I looked like Riss, though, i might be... :)

I spend the abso-luuUUuute minimum amount of time in the bathroom possible.
I don't have the patience for or an interest in primping and preening. If I can't look good naturally, I'd rather not.
Face is clean, hair is clean, body is clean... out of the bathroom I go.

It's not a matter of primping or preening, it's a matter of taking care of yourself and your skin so that you look good down the road, Le Stew. :p I'm not going to wash with Ivory on my face and end up having wrinkles that resemble the Grand Canyon when I reach 40.

Of course, but not during the winter. The sun is terrible for your skin, I despise it.
You should wear it in the winter, too. The sun damage you collect daily from the winter months is akin to getting one bad burn. Also, clouds magnify the UV rays, or something like that. I wear it every single day. Unless, sometimes, if it's raining, cause it stings when the rain makes it get in my eyes. You know, because i'm so healthy? Smoking and drinking are great for your skin, that's why I do those things... But seriously...
