Has anyone noticed this...?
When Stevie rpeats the line "I am what I am" over and over and the effect makes her speech slow down, she sounds like she does nowadays? I mean, she has a deep, low, husky voice like she does presently. She sounds just like she does today. I think it's kinda odd! |

Was this really Stevie though? I know that a lot of "Stevie's" parts in TITN were done by LB through some sort of computer or something...because she wasn't really around too much during the recording of the album.

No, I think it's Stevie's singing. But Lindsey then put it through the voice machine to give it that deep voice effect. I'm 100% positive that it's her. They had a lot of tech in the eighties, but I don't think anything was good enough to be THAT realistic. Plus, in the extended version, you can clearly hear more of her. It's her.
