"Songbird" performed last night

at the Tori Amos show i went to...she usually does Landslide..but she changes her setlist every night and all of a sudden she was singing the opening lines to Songbird...and i am going "wow...i KNOW i know what this song is" and then she got to the chorus and i was like "OMG"...it was very cool and she did a beautiful job with it...a friend of mine who has never heard it before said she thought it was a great song...and she generally hates the Mac...i was like see...you should listen more,lol...

Thats great!!! I had no idea that Tori brings a little bit of Fleetwood Mac into her shows. I am going to see her the day before Thanksgiving in Chicago, that is cool as hell. My best friend is a huge Tori fan and I am a huge FM fan so that would be pretty amazing for me.

The number of times that's happened with me! I have so many friends who, let's just say don't like FM as much as me, then they hear one song, or a cover that they really like, and they have no idea that it's FM and they go "Oh that's such a cool song!" etc, and when I tell them who/what it is...they're like "Oh...really?"....and then I say "YOU SHOULD LISTEN MORE!!" lol!
