where do y'all live? All the music stores in my area have ample Stevie/Mac sections. These aren't catalog items, all in print. My music store carries all of these, plus Divine and Enchanted.

I am always psyched when I see Stevie well represented in a music store! I know it's lame! : )

The fact that I live in Miami says it all.....People are just not interested in Stevie down here. I only know 3 other Stevie fans in the state...granted there are probably more....but when I go to Pittsburgh, they are practically hiding behind every corner!!! The only thing people are into here is Gloria Estefan and Rap (excuse me while I cringe).....BTW, Gloria is great, but unfortunately the Stevie fan base is not strong here at all....which is wierd b/c Atlanta is a HUGE stevie haven....Its all about location I guess....

Woohoo! Congrats on your finds, Mimi!

My music store sucks! Out of Stevie's stuff, they only carry BD, Timespace, and TISL. And last time I checked, TISL was $26.99!!! That's outrageous!

Well greatdarkwing, maybe that is why she and the Mac never come down there! lol!! Seriously, they do seem to ignore Florida!

Also, most of our music stores, Media Play, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy.... all have very well stocked Stevie and Mac Cd's. I bought all of them right off the shelf, even Lindsey's Law and Order, which totally stinks up my CD collection like a rotten tuna sandwich. The only one I have had to special order is Go Insane. (which I adore BTW, except for DW Suite and Play in the Rain). They have Street Angel and Out of the Cradle sitting there right now for anyone to walk up and buy.
All right Stevie! Why don't you come to Savannah? We love you SO much? We've got Stevie's whole mojo workin' down here!

Really, I do find it strange that your music stores don't carry these CD's routinely.

It really does suck that they don't carry any of those albums....and it is true that they ignore Florida....The only reason Stevie came is b/c she had to fill spaces b/n the Atlanta and Callifornia dates in September....But alot of people ignore Florida, and the reason for that is because there are so many different groups of people (hence the name "melting pot") that it is hard to have a fan base....

Wow. Law And Order is probably (judging from a poll a few months ago in the Lindsey forum) not everyone's favorite Lindsey album (certainly my least favorite, though Trouble and Shadow Of The West are gorgeous songs), but do you really think it stinks that bad? I disagree, but that comparison did have me rotfflmfao...

I've never found any Stevie or Lindsey albums in Plymouth, but when I find FM albums, it seems to be the ones I've already got.
Are any of Stevie's albums any goos?

Hey Mac Fan....

If you are looking for Stevie albums, I'd recommend 3:

Bella Donna
Wild Heart
Trouble in Shangri-La

It is my opinion that these are the best....

Well, this thread makes me feel really lucky, we have two used record stores near us and they both have enough FM/Stevie to make your head spin. It's like coming out of the woodwork sometimes. For Denver area residents, the stores are Angelos and Twist and Shout. I hope you guys who still need to find some have good luck!
