Yes, Ladies and Gentlemen......I heard it with my own two ears and saw it with my own two eyes!!!!!
On VH1, bright and early this morning, just after 7 am, they had a commercial for Divas Live.......they said "featuring Cher, Celine Dion, Mary J. Blige, Shakira (blah blah blah)....with special guests Anastasia and STEVIE NICKS!!!!"
They showed a one-second clip from the Sorcerer video, her in the white dress......
So, if you still had any doubt about it, it IS indeed true!!!!

What does "special guest" mean? That she doesn't have to do anything degrading?!

Seriously, I like the sound of special guest.

Because she's special! Not sure how Anastacia managed to fit that category too.

Actually the "special guest" thing was what I was going to comment on, as I also saw the commercial for the show. A special guest usually means she's joining one of the other guests, and my guess would be she's going to do Too Far from Texas with Natalie Maines, and maybe another song. But it's like when Stevie was a "special guest" at the Sheryl Crow Benefit Concert a month or so ago. It doesn't seem like she's headlining the show like the other five, but then again, you never know.

Wow.

Its funny, I was just commenting how I had mixed feelings about the divas. I don't want Stevie on the same page as Celine you know?? But I want to see her on tv as much as possible LOL...but its great she will be on I guess, Im sure with the Dixie Chicks. That show airs many times so good exposure for the new FM album.

They all get together at the end of the show and do "Planets Of The Universe" with Stevie on lead vocals. This is about the only connection I can see Stevie having with these other "divas" since the song was such a big "dance club hit" last year.

I have a feeling we will be seeing a new dress. Maybe not a drastic change, but a change anyway. Maybe like a dark blue or green I don't know. I'd also love to see her put her hair up or maybe curled. She looks so cute when it's curled.

Anyway, I'm so excited she's going to be on the show. I know she doesn't really fit with the rest of the people, but she can show them how it's supposed to be done.

new dress or not..............dont we know stevie is the ultimate diva?...............no hype needed, not PR specialists, no corporate sponsorships...........no insult to sheryl, i love her too, but really, enough with the american express commercials already.............all i can say is its about time stevie was recognized an an all- american, friend to woman-kind diva ...............

Just saw a new promo for Divas on VH1. Rachel Perry doing a spot with just Stevie saying that she's joined the line-up .The vidieo for Everyday playing during the spot.

I'm so gla dthey were playing the Everyday video, cause Stevie looks awesome in it with all those beautiful dresses!

Veteran rock artist Stevie Nicks and international pop star Anastacia will make special guest appearances on the upcoming "VH1 Divas Las Vegas" concert special. The performers join previously announced "Divas" Cher, Celine Dion, Mary J. Blige, the Dixie Chicks, and Shakira on the May 23 show, which will air live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas beginning at 9 p.m. ET.

The show, which will benefit the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, will feature comedian/actor Ellen DeGeneres as host, and Las Vegas legend Wayne Newton as the announcer. For more information on the show, visit the VH1 VH1.com.
